ارزیابی معابر پیاده از منظرتخلیه اضطراری مطالعه موردی: مجموعه اداری اصفهان
افزایش تراکم جمعیت مناطق شهری در کنار فراهم آوردن مزایایی همچون کوتاه نمودن فاصلهها، باعث آسیبپذیری بیشترِ ساختارهای شهری در هنگام بروز حوادث میشود. ازجمله، تخلیه اضطراریِ مجتمعهای ساختمانی شهری با دشواریهای زیادی روبرو است که عمدتا به علت تلاش شمار زیاد افراد برای خروج بهموقع با استفاده از راهرو، دستگاه پلهها و خروجیهای کمعرض است. بر این اساس، بررسی چگونگی رفتار جریان پیادهها در شرایط تخلیه اضطراری از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. هدف این مقاله، ارزیابی معابر پیاده مجموعه اداری شهر اصفهان -به عنوان نمونهای از مجتمعهای ساختمانی پر جمعیت و با اهمیت- با استفاده از شبیهسازی تردد در شرایط تخلیه اضطراری است. دلیل استفاده از روش شبیهسازی نیز آن است که گردآوری دادههای پیشینی رفتاری و بازتولید شرایط واقعی تخلیه با دقت مناسب، در مواردی غیرممکن و یا اغلب پرهزینه و زمانبر است. درنتیجه امروزه پژوهشهای زیادی مرتبط با موضوع تخلیه، با روش شبیهسازی شرایط تخلیه، به تحلیل رفتارها و سناریوهای محتمل میپردازند. در این مقاله، ضمن توصیف روشهای موجودِ شبیهسازی تردد پیادهها، روش مورداستفاده (رویکرد عاملمبنا) شرح داده شده است. سپس نرمافزار مورد استفاده معرفی و روش تحلیل آن ارائه شده است. در ادامه کلیه تهدیدات و مخاطرات برای مجموعه اداری شهر اصفهان بررسیشده و بهمنظور تعیین محتملترین آنها، از نظر کارشناسان این حوزه استفاده شده است. سپس هفت سناریو متناسب با مخاطرات محتملتر تعریف و در نرمافزار، شبیهسازیشده است. از نتایج اصلی این پژوهش، شناسایی شش معبر بحرانی (گلوگاه تخلیه)، ارزیابی خروجیهای فعلی و تعیین مکان دقیق احداث یک خروجی جدید در ضلع شرقی مجموعه اداری شهر اصفهان میباشد.

فرایند ارزیابیِ عاطفیِ سرعت تغییرات کالبدی در محیط مسکونی از نگاه کاربران بر اساس معیار رضایتمندی مطالعه موردی: محله نیاوران
طراحی شهری باهدف ارتقاء کیفیت مکان زندگی، توجه ویژهای به روند دگردیسی کالبدی در محیط مسکونی دارد؛ محیطهایی که سرعتهای مختلف تغییرات کالبدی را در دورههای دگردیسی تجربه کردهاند. ازاینرو فهم چرخههای ناهماهنگ و متوالیِ ساختوساز در سرعتهای مختلف در راستای ارزیابیِ کیفیت محیط مسکونی از سوی ساکنین است. هدف پژوهش حاضر دستیابی به چارچوب مفهومی جهت فهم فرایند تجربه، ادراک و ارزیابی ساکنین از تغییرات کالبدی در سرعتهای مختلف بر اساس معیار رضایتمندی است. این پژوهش بهصورت کیفی و به روش نمونه موردی انجامشده و با روشهای ریخت شناختی، پرسشنامه نیمه ساختاریافته و مصاحبه عمیق جهت گردآوری اطلاعات همراه شد. بر اساس نظرخواهی از ساکنین محله نیاوران و مقایسه نتایج آن با بررسیهای ریخت شناسانه، سه گروه از کوچهها که سرعتهای کم، متوسط و بالای تغییرات کالبدی را سپری کردند، بهعنوان واحدهای مطالعه انتخاب شدند. جامعه آماری پژوهش 38 نفر از ساکنین اصیل بوده اند که بر اساس بازه زمانی 20 ساله بهعنوان سن بازسازیِ ذهنی در نیاوران، با نمونه گیریِ هدفمند از 6 کوچه با سرعت های کم، متوسط و زیادِ تغییرات کالبدی طی این زمان، انتخاب شدند. مصاحبه عمیق بر اساس پرسشهای کیفی پژوهش، مبنای گردآوری دادهها قرار گرفت. جمعآوری و تحلیل دادهها به روش پدیدار نگاری انجام شد. پس از پیادهسازی مصاحبهها به روش کدگذاریِ نظری، مقایسه کدها و تشخیص تفاوتها و شباهتها، زمینههای اصلی استخراج شدند. با تعیین ساختار تجربه و فضای نتیجه از بررسی زمینههای اصلی، ارتباط میان ارزیابی عاطفی و رضایتمندی در هر یک از سرعتها تحلیل شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد که تجربه و ارزیابی ساکنین در سرعتهای مختلف تفاوتهای معناداری باهم دارند. درجهبندیِ تغییرات بر اساس میزان کنترلپذیریِ آنها در سرعت کم، سادهسازیِ تغییرات و توجه به انطباق باارزشهای مکانیِ در حال تغییر در سرعت متوسط و نهایتاً تثبیت استانداردهای ذهنی با گسست تدریجی از گذشته و تنظیم سطح انطباق با ابعاد زمانی تغییرات بهجای ابعاد مکانی در سرعتبالا، معیارهای ارزیابیِ ساکنین را شکل دادند. فرایند تنظیم نگرش و درک و تفسیر تغییرات بر اساس تعاملات اجتماعی و پذیرش معانی جدید نیز در سرعتهای مختلف مشترک و با افزایش سرعت پررنگتر میشود. چارچوب مفهومی پژوهش این امکان را برای طراحان و برنامه ریزان شهری فراهم میآورد تا به موضوعات واجد اهمیت، از منظر ساکنین جهت سیاستگذاری در ابعاد کالبدی محیطهای مسکونی دست یابند.

بازآفرینی شهری خوانایی-محور، رویکردی به تجدید حیات شکلی و محتوایی ساخت اصلی.
خوانایی یکی از ویژگیهای اساسی محیطهای شهری باکیفیت به شمار میرود، که با کمک به فرد برای درک صحیح و عمیق پیرامون، امکان برقراری ارتباط مطلوب بین فرد و محیط شهری را فراهم میسازد. متأسفانه در اغلب طرحها و پروژههای شهرسازی، مفهوم خوانایی در عمل به صورت شماری راهکار سادهی تسهیل مسیریابی و جهتیابی پیاده میشود. در حالی که این مفهوم، مفهومی جامع و پرمحتوا بوده و دارای ابعاد و جنبههای گوناگونی میباشد که توجه به آنها در کنار یکدیگر، بر خلاف راهکارهای تکبعدی سادهانگارانه، قادر خواهد بود نقش مؤثری در بهبود و غنای تجربه و ادراک فرد از محیط شهری ایفا نماید. بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر قصد دارد با کندوکاو در مفهوم خوانایی به درک ابعاد و مؤلفههای گوناگون آن دست یافته، ضمن شناسایی ارتباط معنادار آن با مفهوم ساخت اصلی، به معرفی اصولی کارآمد برای بازآفرینی ساخت اصلی با محوریت خوانایی دست یابد. کاربست اصول مذکور، علاوه بر تضمین خوانایی مقیاسهای مختلف محیط شهری، میتواند چارچوبی جامع و کلنگر برای مواجهه با مسائل متعدد و به ظاهر مجزای محیطهای شهری فراهم سازد، که برخلاف اقدامات بازآفرینی سطحی و جزءنگر، با در نظر گرفتن ارزشهای محتوایی و غیرملموس محیط شهری همگام با جنبههای کالبدی ملموس، به معنای واقعی به تجدیدحیات، ارتقای کیفیت و غنای بافت شهری میانجامد. اصول بازآفرینی خوانایی-محور در راستای سه مؤلفهی کالبدی، عملکردی و حسی-معنایی خوانایی ارائه شده، و محور اصلی آنها بر وحدت و هماهنگی کالبدی، حیات و سرزندگی عملکردی، غنای بار حسی-معنایی محیط انسانی و در نهایت، همسویی و سازگاری میان کالبد، عملکرد و محتوای حسی-معنایی محیط شهری میباشد.

تحلیلی بر نقش زیباشناسانه هندسه در شکل گیری فضای شهری چهارباغ عباسی
شکل هندسی محور چهارباغ اصفهان درطول تاریخ، تغییرات وتحولات بسیاری رابه خود دیده وهمواره ازفرازونشیب های تاریخی بهره جسته است،طراحی ساختار اولیه چهارباغ که به دوره صفوی بر می گردد. بر مبنای الگویی هندسی بوده و موضوع اصلی این مقاله راتشکیل می دهد. بنابراین در این بررسی چگونگی استفاده از روش های هندسی انتقال اندازه هاوجستجوی سنجه های (مدول) مبنایی برای تشخیص تناسب در محور چهارباغ مهم هستند. روش مورد استفاده در این پژوهش توصیفی، تحلیلی است به این صورت که ابتدا با توجه به متون، کتاب ها و نقشه های تاریخی، اشکال و تناسبات هندسی محور چهارباغ دردوره صفوی استخراج می گردد، سپس با استفاده از بار ارزشی زیباشناسانه نقش های هندسی چگونگی شکل گیری محور چهارباغ استنباط خواهد شد. نتایج تحلیل در این مقاله، بیانگر آن است که چهارباغ صفوی ازارتباطی همه جانبه، مادی و معنوی برخوردار بوده؛ که بواسطه تناسبی هندسی شکل های آن به تبعیت از یک بار معنایی بهم آمیخته، و این تناسب در ترکیب گری بین مولفه ها و در تناسبات کل و جزء ساختار ی هماهنگ و برقرار کرده، و این اوج کاربرد نقش هندسی را در کار زیبای معماری ایرانی نشان می دهد.

تحلیل فضایی مسجد در شهر اردبیل در دوره ی معاصر
شهر اردبیل به عنوان یکی از شهرهای مهم قلمرو تمدن دوران اسلامی معاصر در دهه های اخیر، با رشد شتابان شهرنشینی در دورهی معاصر (از دههی 1340) مواجه بوده است. این روند منجر به ایجاد عدم توازن در توزیع مناسب فضایی خدمات و فضاهای عمومی شهری شده است. از جملهی این فضاها، مسجد به عنوان یکی از ارکان شهر در دورهی تمدن اسلامی معاصر است. توزیع نامتوازن فضایی مساجد در سطح شهر مسئله و تلاش برای ایجاد توازن در توزیع فضایی آن، چالش پیشروی برنامهریزان، مدیران و سیاستگزاران شهری است. از اینرو، ایجاد تعادل و توازن در توزیع مناسب مکانی مساجد از طریق برنامه ریزی فضایی، تحلیل فضایی این فضاها در مقیاس شهری و محلهای را ضروری مینماید. با درک این ضرورت، مقاله حاضر با هدف تحلیل الگوی فضایی پراکنش فضایی مساجد، ارتباط مساجد با تراکم جمعیت، ارتباط با فضاهای تاریخی شهر و تعیین سطح برخورداری محلات شهری از مساجد به عنوان فضاهای مذهبی و اجتماعی تهیه شده است. مقاله حاضر از نوع توصیفی ـ تحلیلی است. در گام نخست، مکان استقرار 179 مسجد از اسناد شهری استخراج شده است. در گام دوم، از فنون آمار فضایی همانند کرنل، نزدیکترین همسایگی، خود همبستگی فضایی و رگرسیون وزنی جغرافیایی در محیط نرم افزار آرک.جی.ای اس برای تحلیل های فضایی دادهها استفاده شده است. یافته های مقاله نشان میدهند که الگوی پراکنش فضایی مساجد اردبیل از نوع خوشه ای است. همچنین رابطه ی معنی دار مثبتی بین توزیع فضایی مساجد با تراکم جمعیت و ارکان تاریخی شهر وجود دارد. نتیجه اینکه، توزیع فضایی مساجد در سطح محلات شهر اردبیل به صورت ناهمگون است. در پایان بر مبنای یافته ها، پیشنهاداتی برای توزیع متناسب و عادلانه مساجد، ارائه شده است.

روش های کمی در تحلیل توسعه ی فضایی مسکن شهری بجنورد (1394-1384)
مسکن به عنوان یکی از اصلیترین نیازهای انسانی و یکی از مهمترین عناصر شکل دهندهی هر شهر، نقشی پراهمیت در هرگونه برنامهریزی برای شهرها پیدا کرده است. با روشن شدن بیش از پیش اعتبار و ارزش دبدگاه فضایی در برنامهریزی شهری و لزوم ارزیابی کمی و قابل دفاع از آن، توجه به جنبههای فضایی توسعهی مسکن شهری ضروری به نظر میرسد. شهر بجنورد پس از ارتقا به مرکزیت استان خراسان شمالی در سال 1383، رشد و توسعهای همه جانبه از جمله در جمعیت و فعالیت و به تبع آن در بخش مسکن شهری خود تجربه کرده است. بررسی روند این رشد و توسعه از دیدگاه برنامهریزی فضایی و نحوهی تغییر این روند، هدف اصلی این پژوهش است. با توجه به ماهیت کاربردی این تحقیق روش مورد استفاده در آن، توصیفی – تحلیلی است و برای یافته اندوزی علاوه بر سالنامههای آماری استان از دادههای مربوط به پروانههای صادر شدهی شهرداری بجنورد در بازهی زمانی 1384 تا 1393 بهره گرفته شده است. روند کلی توزیع فضایی توسعههای جدید مسکن در سه رده در سطح 26 واحد فضایی شهر بجنورد با استفاده از آنتروپی شانون و ضریب جهانی موران تحلیل گردید. همچنین از تحلیل همبستگی برای بررسی عوامل اثرگذار بر روند تغییرات توزیع فضایی مسکن شهری بهره گرفته شد. یافتههای پژوهش بیانگر آن هستند که توزیع فضایی مسکن جدید در بجنورد با افزایش ساخت و سازها به سوی تمرکز بیشتر میل میکند و این روند بیش از آنکه تحت تأثیر عوامل محلی و داخلی همچون قیمت زمین و جمعیت باشد، از عوامل خارجی و کلان اقتصادی پیروی کرده است. در نهایت چنین نتیجه گیری و پیشنهاد شده است که هرگونه برنامهریزی برای موضوع مسکن ضرورت دارد رویکردی فضایی در پیش بگیرد و علاوه بر آن نمیتواند تنها متکی بر متغیرها و مؤلفههای داخلی ارزیابی گردد.

سنجش و مقایسه میزان رضایتمندی ساکنان از سیستم سکونتی (مطالعه موردی: مناطق 3 و 11 شهر تهران)
سنجش رضایتمندی سکونتی، که به عنوان جز مهم کیفیت محیط زندگی افراد شناخته شده، به مثابه ابزاری برای ارزیابی تصمیمات و سیاستگذاریهای شهری است تا با مشخص کردن بازخورد آنها، زمینهای برای اقدامات و پیشنهادات آینده فراهم نماید. در همین راستا، پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل موثر بر رضایتمندی سکونتی و سنجش میزان آن در دو محله از شهر تهران صورت گرفته است. برای این منظور از طریق بررسی رویکردهای پژوهشگران مختلف مدل عملیاتی سنجش رضایتمندی استخراج گردید، در این مدل معیارهای موثر بر رضایتمندی در پنج دسته معیارهای عینی فرد، عینی محیط، عینی مسکن، ذهنی فرد و ذهنی محیط طبقهبندی شدهاند و از طریق روش پیمایشی و تبدیل این معیارها به سوالات پرسشنامه، میزان رضایتمندی محله1 (واقع در منطقه سه) و محله2 (واقع در منطقه 11) با یکدیگر مقایسه شده است. بررسیهای صورت گرفته نشان میدهد که در محله1 بیشترین و کمترین میزان رضایتمندی مربوط به معیارهای عینی مسکن و عینی محیط است و در محله2 مربوط به معیارهای ذهنی محیط و ذهنی فرد میباشد و بطور کلی میزان رضایتمندی در محله1 (بین سطح متوسط و راضی) بیشتر از محله2 (بین سطح ناراضی و متوسط) میباشد.
