مطالعه کیفی عوامل مؤثر بر تخریب باغ ها در شهر تهران با رویکرد مبتنی بر نظریه داده بنیاد
این نوشتار که از نظر هستی شناسی بر موضع پارادایم تفسیرگرایی اجتماعی تکیه دارد، درصدد تبیین فرایند و عناصر تشکیل دهنده تخریب باغ ها در شهر تهران با استفاده از رویکرد مبتنی بر نظریه داده بنیاد است. بررسیها نشان میدهد طی سه دهه گذشته، علیرغم وجود قانون حفظ و گسترش فضای سبز در شهرها که بر حسب وظایف و اختیارات از طرف هر یک از قوای سه گانه (مقننه، مجریه و قضائیه) و مدیریت شهری به عنوان مجری این قانون تضمین شده، نتوانسته است مانع تخریب باغها در داخل شهر تهران شود. این در حالی است که در متون شهرهای پایدار فرض بر این است که با تغییر در حکمروایی زیستمحیطی از طریق سازوکارهای نهادی، سیاستی و قانونی، میتوان رفتار دوستدارانه مردم با طبیعت را تضمین کرد. بدینترتیب برای دستیابی به علل تخریب باغها در شهر تهران با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری نظری و هدفمند تا زمانی که اشباع نظری حاصل گردد با 38 نفر از مطلعین کلیدی مصاحبه عمیق انجام شد. دادههای گردآوری شده در قالب 37 مقوله فرعی، 10 مقوله اصلی و نهایتاً مقوله هسته، کدگذاری و تحلیل شدهاند. نتایج به دست آمده بیانگر این است که به دلیل نابسامانی در قانون به ویژه عدم سنخیت و تناسب مجازات با جرم، منافع حاصل از تخریب باغ بیش از هزینههای آن برای فرد متخلّف است. بنابراین، این عامل باعث نگرش مثبت فرد به کسب سود و رفاه _ قصد رفتاری از تخریب باغها _ میشود. بحران اخلاق زیستمحیطی، عامل اصلی نگرش مثبت فرد به کسب سود و رفاه از تخریب باغها با نقض قانون حفظ و گسترش فضای سبز در شهرهاست. رفتار اخلاقی با محیطزیست، امری اقناعی است که مقید به زمان و مکان نبوده و بر اثر کرامت نفس حاصل میشود، امّا تحصیل آن با قانون و قواعد حقوقی به دلیل محدودیت عرصه آن نسبت به اخلاق، ممکن و مطلوب نخواهد بود.

بازشناسی عناصر موثر بر خوانایی درادراک بزرگسالان مطالعه موردی : بلوارامامیه-مشهد
خوانایی کیفیتی از محیط است که به فضای شهری وضوح بخشیده و سبب میگردد که سیمای شهر بهتر به ذهن سپرده شود. دیدگاه کوین لینچ در ارتباط با کیفیت نمایانی از کاملترین نظریات است و سایر نظریات ادامه دهنده این نظریه میباشند. لینچ معتقد بود که خوانایی شهری متأثر از عناصر پنج گانه میباشد. در واقع هنگام قرارگیری در محیط خوانا، تصویرذهنی افراد درقالب نقشههای شناختی از محیط، به سهولت شکل میگیرد و بر این اساس افراد به هنگام حرکت درفضا به آسانی مسیریابی نموده و حس سردرگمی نخواهند داشت. چگونگی شکلگیری تصویرذهنی و در ادامه فرآیند شکلگیری نقشه شناختی، به نسبت ادراک افراد از فضا درگروههای سنی مختلف، متفاوت است و هرگروه به اقتضای سن و نیازهای خود جنبههای متفاوتی از فضای شهری را به خاطر میسپارد. مقاله حاضر با هدف ایجاد فضای شهری خوانا برای بزرگسالان با استفاده از تحلیل نقشههای شناختی شهروندان و استنتاج شباهتهای ادراکی آنان تدوین گردیده است. روش مقاله از نوع توصیفی_آماری است و از روش کتابخانهای_اسنادی برای جمعآوری مبانی نظری و از روشهای میدانی، ابزارهای پرسشنامه، مشاهده و تکنیک نقشه شناختی برای جمعآوری اطلاعات استفاده شده است. گروه هدف را ساکنان، کسبه و استفادهکنندگان از محیط با گروه سنی 64-15 سال تشکیل میدهند و حجم نمونه آماری با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 132 نفر محاسبه شده است. به منظور تحلیل اطلاعات از روشهای آماری_تحلیلی همچون Spss و آزمون Chi Square و روی هم اندازی نقشههای شناختی ترسیمی برای استنتاج یافتهها استفاده شده است. یافتههای مقاله منتج از معیارها و شاخصهایی است که در محیط مطالعه آزمون شده است و حکایت از آن دارد که ساختار ادراکی بزرگسالان به ترتیب از طریق عناصر مسیر،گره و نشانه خوانا شکل میگیرد. اکثریت شهروندان فضای شهری را مطابق دستهبندی اپلیارد بر مبنای نظم متوالی ترسیم نمودهاند و تنها 22 درصد از آنان ترسیم فضایی از محیط داشتهاند. همچنین ارتباط مستقیم میان عناصر شاخص در ذهن بزرگسالان در بازههای سنی متفاوت و خوانایی محیط وجود دارد.

میل به خلوت جویی و ادراک ازدحام در محیط های شهری: تحلیلی مقایسه ای میان زنان در خرده فرهنگ های ایران
خلوت، فرآیندی برای تعیین مرز میان افراد است و فرد به واسطه آن بر تعامل خود با دیگران نظارت میکند. نیاز به خلوت در انسانها عمومیت دارد ولی شیوه پاسخ به آن متأثر از متغیرهایی چون فرهنگ، سن، جنس، محیط فیزیکی و... است. تفاوت این نیاز از فرهنگی به فرهنگ دیگر سبب میشود برخی از فرهنگها میل بیشتری به خلوت نسبت به سایرین داشته باشند. تفاوتها در میل به خلوتجویی صرفاً محدود به فرهنگها نمیشود، بلکه خرده فرهنگها را نیز در بر میگیرد. ایران، از جمله کشورهایی است که دارای خرده فرهنگهای متنوع با حالتهای مختلف پاسخگویی به خلوت است. اما تاکنون تحقیقاتی در زمینه بررسی تفاوتها و شباهتهای میان خرده فرهنگهای این کشور در میل به خلوتجویی و سازوکارهای رسیدن به آن در محیطهای شهری انجام نشده است. از این رو، این مقاله به دنبال بررسی تفاوتهای بین فرهنگی میان زنان گیلکی، کرد، آذری و یزدی در میل به خلوتجویی و ادراک ازدحام است. برای رسیدن به این اهداف از ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده گردید. حدود هزار و 174 زن پرسش شونده به صورت اتفاقی در پارکهای شهر (رشت)، ملت (سنندج)، باغمیشه (تبریز) و آزادگان (یزد) برای تکمیل پرسشنامه انتخاب شدند. این پرسشنامه توسط آزمونهای خی دو (Chi-square Test)، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون (Pearson Correlation Coefficient)، تحلیل واریانس یک طرفه (Analysis of Variance (ANOVA)) و تحلیل واریانس چند متغیره (Multivariate Mnalysis of Variance (MANOVA)) مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج تحقیق نشان دهنده آن است که سطح خلوت مطلوب در زنان یزدی و آذری بیشتر از سایر زنان است. در صورتی که خلوت کسب شده در زنان گیلکی بیش از سایر خرده فرهنگهاست. به عبارتی، یزدیها (صحرایی گرم و خشک) و آذریها (کوهستانی سرد) در زمره فرهنگهای غیرارتباطی و گیلکیها (معتدل خزری) و کردها (کوهستانی بسیار سرد) در زمره فرهنگهای ارتباطیاند. صرف نظر از نوع فرهنگ، سطح خلوت مطلوب و کسب شده به ادراک ازدحام افراد وابسته است.

تاثیر دلبستگی به مکان بر سرمایه اجتماعی در محیطهای مشترک همسایگی؛ نمونه موردی: مجتمع مسکونی نور در تهران
فضای باز در بافتهای مسکونی فراتر از دیگر فضاهای مشترک مورد توجه کاربران آن قرار دارد که باعث شده در حوزه روانشناسی و جامعهشناسی محیط جایگاه ویژهای پیدا کند. همگام با ابداع روشها و نیز ارتقای دانش در حوزههای علوم انسانی و محیطی این دو حوزه نیز با ظهور رویکردهای مختلف، گاه متضاد و گاه مکمل رشد یافتهاند. نقاط و مفاهیم مشترک در این دو حوزه میتوانند راه را برای ارتباط دانش در میان این دو برای افزایش کیفیت محیط تسهیل کنند. در این مقاله سعی شده تا یکی از مهمترین مفاهیم نهفته در حوزه روانشناسی محیط یعنی دلبستگی مکانی برای افزایش سرمایه اجتماعی در محیط مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. معمولاً مطالعات در حوزههای فردی مانند دلبستگی مکانی و نیز معنای محیط به صورت فردی و یا تجربه و احساس فردی انجام شده و مطالعات در حوزههای جمعی نیز در روشها و صورتهای اجتماعی مورد بحث قرار گرفته است. در این مقاله با محوریت بهبود سرمایه اجتماعی و دلبستگی مکانی سعی شده تا بر چندبعدی بودن این موضوع توجه شود و نیز مدلی با کمک روش مدلیابی و موضوعات اثرگذار بر دلبستگی به مکان، برای تعریف ارتباط میان سه مفهوم دلبستگی مکانی، مشارکت اجتماعی و سرمایه اجتماعی ارائه شود. برای آزمون این مدل از پیمایش و روش تحلیل "مدلیابی معادلات ساختاریافته" استفاده شده که تکنیک تحلیل نیرومندی از خانواده رگرسیون چندمتغیری است. در نهایت مشخص شد که دلبستگی مکانی و مشارکت هر دو تأثیر قابل ملاحظهای بر سرمایه اجتماعی دارند و همچنین مشارکت تأثیر زیادی بر تعلق دارد.

ارزیابی احساس امنیت زنان در فضاهای شهری؛ مطالعه موردی:منطقه یک شهر اهواز
زنان نیمی از جمعیت ساکن شهرها هستند و روند روزافزون حضور آنان در محیطهای کار و فعالیت اجتماعی شهری سبب میشود تا در مکانیابی و طراحی و ساخت کالبد شهر حضور گسترده این قشر در عرصههای عمومی مورد توجه قرار گیرد. حضور در فضاهای عمومی، برنامهریزی برای ارتقای امنیت زنان را ضروری میسازد. مرحله قبل از برنامهریزی، ارزیابی و شناخت عوامل مؤثر بر امنیت زنان است. هدف این پژوهش ارزیابی احساس امنیت زنان در فضاهای شهری منطقه یک شهر اهواز میباشد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع هدف کاربردی و ازنظر گردآوری دادهها جزو پژوهشهای توصیفی_پیمایشی و به طور کامل مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری است. گردآوری دادهها از طریق پرسشنامهای با هفت شاخص (نظارت، اجتماعی، رفتاری، کالبدی، مبلمان، محیطی و دسترسی) و 35 گویه بر مبنای پاسخهای زنان ساکن منطقه یک با حجم نمونه 381 نفر انجام شد. اطلاعات جمعآوری شده از طریق نرمافزارهای SPSS21 و smart- PLS مورد تجزیهوتحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان میدهد شاخصهای نظارت، اجتماعی، رفتاری، کالبدی، مبلمان، محیطی و دسترسی بر احساس امنیت زنان در منطقه یک شهر اهواز تأثیر میگذارند. ضریب مسیر در شاخص دسترسی 549/0، شاخص اجتماعی 558/0، شاخص کالبدی 611/0.، شاخص مبلمان 284/0، شاخص محیطی 541/0، شاخص نظارتی 614/. و شاخص رفتاری 443/0 به دست آمده است. شاخص نظارت بیشترین تأثیر را بر احساس امنیت زنان منطقه یک شهر اهواز دارد و بعد از آن به ترتیب شاخص کالبدی، شاخص اجتماعی، شاخص دسترسی، شاخص محیطی و شاخص رفتاری و در آخر شاخص مبلمان کمترین تأثیر را بر احساس امنیت زنان در منطقه یک شهر اهواز دارد.

تعیین پهنههای مناسب مکانگزینی «خوشههای صنعتی» با استفاده از مدلهای تصمیمگیری چند معیاره در محیط GIS؛ مطالعه موردی: خوشه صنایع چوبی استان اردبیل
توسعه شهری و منطقهای در کشورهای در حال توسعه تا حد زیادی به استفاده مطلوب از بخش صنعت بستگی دارد. در این میان، صنایع کوچک و متوسط نقش بسیار مهمی دارند. اغلب صنایع کوچک و متوسط به دلیل صرفههای در مقیاس، خوشههای صنعتی را شکل میدهند. در کشورهای در حال توسعه همانند ایران، به دلیل ضعف برنامهریزی فضایی منطقهای، اغلب خوشههای صنعتی به شکل برنامهریزی نشده در فضای منطقهای پخش میشوند. این مسئله به شکلگیری و تشدید ناپایداری توسعه منطقهای میانجامد. استفاده صحیح از مزیتهای خوشههای صنعتی، نیازمند مکانگزینی مناسب آنها در سطح منطقهای است. برای مکانگزینی مناسب خوشههای صنعتی، استفاده از روشهای مناسب علمی ضروری است. این پژوهش به دنبال پاسخ به این پرسش است که با توجه به ویژگیهای منطقهای، کدام پهنههای استان اردبیل برای مکانگزینی خوشههای صنعتی مطلوب هستند؟ هدف اصلی این پژوهش، شناسایی پهنههای مناسب مکانگزینی خوشههای صنعتی در استان اردبیل است. در این زمینه، با توجه به قابلیتهای استان در خوشه صنعتی چوب، این خوشه برای نمونه انتخاب شده است. در این پژوهش از 20 شاخص در قالب مدل تصمیمگیری VIKOR در محیط GIS استفاده شده است. از نرمافزارهای Arc GIS 10.3 و IDRISI SELVA به عنوان ابزارهای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها و خروجی گرفتن از اطلاعات، استفاده شده است. یافتههای این پژوهش نشان میدهند که حوزه بلافصل سکونتگاههای شهری استان، به دلیل مزیتهای جغرافیایی، مناسبترین پهنههای استقرار خوشههای صنعتی چوب در استان محسوب میشوند. در پایان، بر مبنای یافتههای پژوهش، پیشنهادهایی برای برنامهریزی فضایی در حوزه توسعه خوشههای صنعتی منطقه مورد مطالعه، ارائه شدهاند.

بررسی شاخصهای کمی و کیفی موثر در ارزیابی عملکرد سامانه اتوبوسهای تندرو (BRT) با رویکرد توسعه پایدار (مطالعه کلان شهر مشهد)
یکی از اقدامات مهم پس از راه اندازی یک سیستم حمل ونقل نوین (همچون سامانه اتوبوسهای تندرو) (BRT)، ارزیابی آن جهت اطمینان از عملکرد مناسب سیستم میباشد. حملونقل، یکی از مهمترین دغدغههای مدیریت کلانشهر مشهد است. با وجود راهاندازی سامانه اتوبوسهای تندرو در این شهر، به اعتقاد کارشناسان حوزه حملونقل، معیارهای کنونی در ارزیابی عملکرد در این شهر کافی نبوده و دارای کاستیهایی میباشند. از اینرو، شناسایی و اولویتبندی معیارهای ارزیابی عملکرد این سامانه به ویژه با رویکرد توسعه پایدار ضرورت دارد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، توسعه یک چارچوب ارزیابی پس از اجرا (Ex-post) بر پایه استفاده از روشهای تصمیمگیری و محاسبه اوزان پارامترهای مؤثر در ارزیابی سامانه BRT در شهر مشهد است. در این راستا ضمن تعیین معیارهای مؤثر در ارزیابی کارایی این سامانه با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل سلسله مراتبی (AHP)، به اولویتبندی شاخصهای هر معیار براساس تکمیل پرسشنامه و انجام مصاحبه با کارشناسان خبره در حوزه حملونقل و مدیریت شهری مشهد پرداخته شده است. براساس یافتههای تحقیق، در بین معیارهای مورد بررسی، معیار "منافع کاربران" با شاخصهای راحتی، صرفهجویی در هزینه، کاهش زمان سفر، کاهش استهلاک وسیله نقلیه شخصی، کاهش محرومیت اجتماعی و تنوع در گزینههای حملونقلی، بالاترین اولویت را در ارزیابی کارایی BRT کسب نموده و معیار " محیطی" (با وزن 377/0) در اولویت بعدی قرار گرفته است. در میان شاخصهای این معیار، سلامت و ایمنی (با وزن437/0) و آلودگی هوا (305/0) از عواملی تعیین شد که سبب ارزیابی بهتر از کارایی این سیستم در شهر مشهد خواهد شد.
