تحلیل زیست پذیری در محله های بخش مرکزی شهر بروجررد
شهرهای امروزی به اصلیترین مکان برای کار و زندگی انسانها تبدیل شدهاند؛ از این رو با چالشهای بسیاری در زمینههای اجتماعی، اقتصادی، زیستمحیطی و مدیریتی مواجه هستند. تداوم این روند، کاهش کیفیت زندگی و به دنبال آن کاهش زیستپذیری شهرها را در پی خواهد داشت. این پژوهش بر آن است تا میزان زیستپذیری بخش مرکزی شهر بروجرد را مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار دهد. پژوهش حاضر از حیث هدف از جمله تحقیقات اکتشافی_شناختی، از لحاظ ماهیت و روش تحقیق، توصیفی_تحلیلی و از نظر داده، از جمله تحقیقات کمی_کیفی است. برای دستیابی به اهداف از دو بخش مطالعات اسنادی و میدانی (پرسشنامه) استفاده گردید. واحد تحلیل، 230 نفر از سکنه بخش مرکزی شهر بروجرد است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از نرمافزار GIS وSPSS (آزمونهای تیتک نمونهای، آنووا و فریدمن) و در ترسیم مدل تحلیلی ساختارها از مدل معادلات ساختاریAmos استفاده شده است. یافتههای پژوهش نشان میدهد که ابعاد و شاخصهای زیستپذیری در بخش مرکزی شهر بروجرد از مطلوبیت بالایی برخوردار است. همچنین در مقایسه بین محلات بخش مرکزی از نظر میانگین شاخصها و ابعاد مشخص گردید که زیستپذیرترین محله، محله صوفیان است و دودانگه از کمترین میزان زیستپذیری نسبت به سایر محلات برخوردار است. در اولویتبندی فریدمن، بعد خدمات، فعالیتها و امکانات شهری در رتبه نخست و بعد اقتصاد شهری در رتبه آخر قرارگرفته است. در مدل معادلات ساختاری که به وسیله نرم افزار ایموس ترسیم شد، در بین ابعاد، بعد اقتصاد شهری بیشترین تأثیر بر عوامل محیطی و زیستمحیطی را داشته است.

بررسی علل وقوع تخلفات ساختمانی در شهرهای ایران با تأکید بر نقش شهرداری (مطالعه موردی: محدوده منطقه 3 شهریزد)
یکی از مشکلاتی که در دههﻫﺎی ﮔﺬﺷﺘﻪ ﻧﻈﺎم ﻣﺪﻳﺮﻳﺖ و برﻧﺎمهرﻳﺰی ﺷﻬﺮی را در کشورﺗﺤﺖاﻟﺸـﻌﺎع ﺧـﻮد ﻗـﺮارداده، روند روزافزون ﺳﺎختوﺳﺎزﻫﺎی ﻏﻴﺮﻣﺠﺎز مسکونی است. تخلف ﺳﺎﺧﺖوﺳﺎزها از ﺿﻮاﺑﻂ ﻓﻨﯽ و ﺷﻬﺮﺳازی در ﺷﻬﺮهای ایران واقعیتی ریشهدار و در عین ﺣﺎل در حال ﮔﺴﺘﺮش است و با ﻭﺟﻮﺩ ﻣﺠﺎﺯاﺕﻫﺎﻳﻰ ﻛﻪ ﺑﺮﺍﻯ آن ﺩﺭ ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷـﺪﻩ، همچنان در شهرها و منجمله در محدوده شهرداری منطقه 3 شهر یزد، رو به افزایش است. برای ﺟﻠﻮﮔﻴﺮﻯ ﺍﺯ ﺗﺨﻠﻔﺎت ساختمانی لازم است ماهیت ﺍﻳﻦ مسئله و علل وقوع آن ﺍﺯ ﻫﺮ ﺟﻬﺖ ﻣﻮﺭﺩ ﺑﺮﺭﺳﻰ ﻗﺮار گیرد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از لحاظ روش، توصیفی، علّی، همبستگی و پیمایشی بوده و دادهها به روش کتابخانهای و میدانی جمعآوری شدهاست. براساس یافتهها60درصد تخلفات ساختمانی منطقه 3 طی سالهای 95-1370 مربوط به ساختوسازهای بدون پروانه و 40درصد برخلاف مفاد پروانه بوده است. نگرش مردم نسبت به علل تخلف با نگرش کارشناسان شهرداری یزد کاملاً همسان نیست و مردم عمدهترین علل را «نقص مدارک، ضعف برنامههای آموزشی، عدم آگاهی کامل متقاضیان صدور پروانه نسبت به قوانین ساختوساز، بوروکراسی اداری، نقض آرا و ضعف نظارت به وسیله شهرداری» میدانند. همچنین میان نگرش درآمدزایی شهرداری به پدیده تخلف ساختمانی، ناکارآمدی سیستم نظارت بر ساختوسازهای مسکونی و وضعیت بوروکراسی اداری در امر صدور پروانه ساختمانی در منطقه 3 شهرداری یزد با وقوع تخلف ساختمانی، رابطه همبستگی نسبتاً بالایی وجود دارد. بنابراین تأمین منابع درآمدی پایدار، بهبود سیستم نظارت بر ساختوسازِ شهرداری و نیز بهبود وضعیت بوروکراسی اداری صدور پروانه در شهرداری منطقه 3 شهر یزد میتواند به کاهش تخلفات ساختمانی در این محدوده کمک کند.

ارتقای کیفیت محله های مسکونی با رویکرد طب سوزنی شهری(مطالعه موردی: محلهی تجریش)
توسعه شهرها، افزایش جمعیت افراد و شدت گرفتن شهرنشینی موجب پدید آمدن مسائل متعددی در زمینههای مختلف مانند فرسودگی و افول کالبدی در بیشتر شهرهای جهان شده است. این موضوع علاوه بر ایجاد اثرات کالبدی، پیامدهای اقتصادی و اجتماعی فراوانی را به محلات شهری تحمیل نموده است. بنابراین بررسی، سنجش و شناخت این پیامدها و اتخاذ راهحل برای برونرفت از شرایط موجود و ارتقای آن ضروری مینماید. هدف از این پژوهش، تبیین رویکرد طب سوزنی شهری در راستای تدوین چارچوب ارزیابی و ارائه راهکارهای محلی به منظور ساماندهی مسائل و معضلات موجود در مقیاس محلات شهری است. پژوهش حاضر در هدف، بنیادی _ کاربردی، از نظر ماهیتِ پژوهشی، توصیفی _ تحلیلی و به لحاظ روش، از ساختار توصیفی _ پیمایشی بهره میگیرد. محله تجریش در شهر تهران به عنوان محدوده مطالعه این پژوهش انتخاب شده است. این محله یکی از هستههای تاریخی شهر تهران بوده و نقش فرامحلی به واسطه وجود پتانسیلهای متعدد به خود گرفته است. اما امروزه با مشکلاتی مانند فرسودگی و افول کالبدی، مشکلات زیست محیطی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی درگیر است. در تحقیق پیشِ رو برای سنجش راهکارهای طب سوزنی شهری در محدوده مطالعه، ابتدا پس از مرور پایگاه نظری، ابزارها و راهکارهای طب سوزنی شهری، به تبیین نظامهای تأثیرگذار در ابعاد کالبدی _ محیطی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی برای مشخص نمودن پهنههای مداخله در محله تجریش پرداخته شده است. در ادامه با استفاده از روش تحلیل شبکه، به تحلیل نتایج حاصل از عواملی مانند ذینفعان مؤثر در محدوده، نتایج احتمالی طب سوزنی شهری و نیز محرکهای مؤثر در محدوده اقدام شده است. سپس در راستای اعمال محرکهای طب سوزنی شهری بر پهنههای مداخله، با استفاده از روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی(AHP) و نرمافزار(Expert Choice)، اولویتبندی محرکها صورت گرفته و پس از آن با بهرهگیری از تکنیک سوات(SWOT) به تحلیل پهنههای مداخله پرداخته شده است. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان میدهد، مکانهایی مانند بازار تجریش، روددره مقصودبیک، بوستان آرزو و موزه موسیقی، حساسترین نقاط محله را برای اعمال محرکهای مداخله تشکیل میدهند.

گرداب رسمیت و غیررسمیت؛ واقعیت دنیای برنامهریزی در مواجهه با بافتهای ناکارآمد
نظام برنامهریزی در ارتباط با تحولات شهرنشینی کشور باوجود تلاشهای انجام داده در حوزه تئوری و عمل (اما در قالب رسمی) نتوانسته از روند رو به افزایش مشکلات و معضلات شهری جلوگیری کند. در حالی که زندگی برای شهروندانی نزدیک به یک سوم جمعیت شهری کشور در شرایطی نابسامان است، ولی منفعتهای رشد شهری نصیب نقوش غیررسمیِ باقدرت یا نقوش رسمیِ استفادهکننده از رسوم غیررسمی میشود. ازاین رو نظام برنامهریزی در واقعیت، با رسوم و نقوش غیررسمی تداخلی دارد که شفاف و آگاهانه نیست و در مطالعات انجام شده نیز کمتر به آن پرداخته شده است. با توجه به تمرکز کنونی رسوم و نقوش رسمی و غیررسمی به بافتهای ناکارآمد، هدف این تحقق بررسی چگونگی برخورد این رسوم و نقوش باهمدیگر و ارائه یک چارچوب مفهومی برای مواجهه برنامهریزی رسمی با غیررسمیتها در این محدوده است. بدین منظور روش تحقیق پژوهش حاضر متأثر از ماهیت پرسش پژوهش بر مبنای مطالعه اسنادی، کتابخانهای و همچنین روش تحلیل محتوا و استدلال منطقی، تهیه و تنظیم شده است. در مقاله حاضر دیدگاه و تجربیات اندیشمندان در ارتباط با این مسئله و زمینه برنامهریزی و عوامل تحت تأثیر در این مواجهه با توجه به شرایط شهرنشینی کشور و به طور ویژه تجربیات و نتایج مطالعات صورت گرفته در بافت فرسوده، تحلیل شده است. در نهایت برای برونرفت از این شرایط، چارچوبی مفهومی متناسب با شرایط حاکم بر کشور با تأکید بر پرداختن جدیتر به ابعاد اجتماعی و تأثیرپذیری سایر ابعاد از آن در برنامهریزی، پیشنهاد شده است.

ارزیابی نقش زیستگاه در جغرافیای جرایم شهری (مطالعه موردی: شهر میاندوآب)
محیط جرم همیشه از ماهیت ثابت و فضای کالبدی خاص با محدودیتهای فیزیکی برخوردار است. انسان همواره در حال تولید تنوع محیطی است و از این رو جرائم شهری با کثرت ملاکهای ارتباطات اجتماعی افزایش مییابد. در تقابل با این زیستگاه جرائم، همه تمهیدات لازم برای پیشگیری از تعامل دو عنصر الحاقی و القایی با عنصر محیطی بایستی به کار گرفته شود. روش تحقیق حاضر به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و به لحاظ نوع و روش، توصیفی _ تحلیلی و به شیوه کتابخانهای و میدانی بوده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق نیز 268 نفر از بزهکاران شهر میاندوآب که در کلانتریها و واحدهاى اجرایى ناجا طى بازه زمانی اول فروردینماه تا شهریور سال1395 تحت بازداشت موقت و یا روانه زندان شدهاند، بوده که به عنوان نمونه، تعداد 122 نفر از این افراد براساس فرمول نمونهگیری کوکران انتخاب شدهاند. بنابراین به منظور ارزیابی نقش زیستگاه در جغرافیای جرائم شهری میاندوآب، با استفاده از نظریههای روانشناختی، جامعهشناسی جنایی و جغرافیای جرائم شهری به تبیین ادبیات نظری موضوع و در تحلیل میدانی نیز براساس اطلاعات دریافتی از جامعه آماری، به تجزیهوتحلیل اطلاعات پرداخته شده است. با بررسی الگوی جغرافیایی جرائم شهری با استفاده از مدل تخمین تراکم کرنل، یافتههای این پژوهش نشان میدهد که کوی قره ورن، کوی ولیآباد، خیابان جانبازان و کوی وکیل کندی در میاندوآب، با میزان بسیار بالای بزهکاری مواجه است. کیفقاپی، تخریب اموال عمومی، ولگردی و تکدی گری، نزاع، درگیری خیابانی و زورگیری از مهمترین جرائم ارتکابى این شهر بوده است. در بررسی تأثیر زیستگاه بر انواع بزهکاری مشخص شد که عناصر محیطی بر وقوع جرائمی مانند سرقت و اعتیاد به مواد مخدر، بیشترین تأثیر را داشتهاند. در بررسی ویژگیهای اماکن وقوع جرم نیز مشخص شد که تراکم خانههای قدیمی با قیمت نازل در بروز بزهکاری بیشترین نقش را داشته است. نتایج تحلیلها نشان میدهد که عدم طراحى مناسب ساختمانها و وجود کوچههای باریک از مهمترین ویژگیهای کالبدى در بروز بزهکاری بودهاند. آزمون آماری همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که بین زیستگاه و بزهکاری افراد رابطه معنیداری وجود دارد. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه نیز نشان داد که مجموع متغیرهای پیشبین «مشخصات کالبدی و اجتماعی کانونهای جرم خیز، خصوصیات اماکن مناطق، محیط فیزیکی و عناصر اقلیمی»، حدود 32 درصد متغیر ملاک تحقیق بزهکاری را تبیین نمودند که مؤلفه «مشخصات کالبدی کانونهای جرم خیز»، بیشترین سهم را در تبیین متغیر ملاک داشته است.

سنجش تاثیر شاخصهای ساختار فضایی شبکه ارتباطی بر فرسودگی حاصل از نفوذناپذیری (مطالعه موردی: بافتهای فرسوده شهر زنجان)
امروزه یکی از مشکلات اساسی، فرسودگی بافتهای شهری ناشی از کمبود دسترسی و نفوذناپذیری است. مطالعات انجام شده بر روی بافتهای فرسوده نشان میدهد که عامل اصلی فرسودگی براساس معیار نفوذپذیری بیشتر ناشی از ضعف ساختار فضایی شبکه معابر است. بنابراین آنچه در وضعیت موجود بررسی آن مهم شده، سنجش میزان تأثیرگذاری ارزشهای ساختار فضایی بر میزان فرسودگی در معابر با عرضهای کمتر از شش متر است که میتواند کمک مؤثری در شناخت و بهبود وضعیت موجود اینگونه بافتها داشته باشد. این پژوهش با هدف سنجش رابطه شاخصهای ساختار فضایی شبکه ارتباطی از منظر چیدمان فضا با فرسودگی ناشی از شاخص نفوذناپذیری با استفاده از روش رگرسیون لجستیک انجام گرفته است. روش تحقیق، توصیفی _ تحلیلی بوده که اطلاعات نظری آن از طریق مطالعات کتابخانهای جمعآوری گردید. با توجه به این که تاکنون تحقیقات انجام گرفته در بررسی ساختار فضایی شبکه ارتباطی از منظر چیدمان فضا متکی بر تحلیل کمی شاخصهای آن و یا تحلیل گرافیکی بوده، در تحقیق حاضر سعی بر آن شده تا با تولید نقشه عرض معبر کل بافت فرسوده و کد دهی و الحاق آن به این شاخصها برای سنجش رابطه بین آنها از روش سنجش و اندازهگیری آماری استفاده شود و از این زاویه نیز موضوع مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. بدین منظور برای پاسخگویی به سئوالات پژوهش، رابطه بین متغیرهای مستقل ساختار شبکه معابر و متغیر وابسته نقوذپذیری به کمک رگرسیون لجستیک بررسی شد. از این رو در بافتهای فرسوده شهر زنجان بنا به نتایج حاصله از آماره والد، نشان داد که متغیر همپیوندی فراگیر و انتخاب تأثیر معنیداری بر فرسودگی ناشی از شاخص عرض معبر بافت فرسوده شهر زنجان ندارد. در صورتی که متغیر اتصال (با کمترین تغییر) و سپس همپیوندی محلی، تأثیر معنیداری بر افزایش یا کاهش میزان فرسودگی در وضعیت موجود دارد؛ چنانچه این معنیداری در سطح پنجدرصد خطا با فرسودگی در عرضهای کمتر از شش متر وجود داشته است. این نتیجه برای مقدار اتصال با نسبت بخت 358/0 بیشترین موفقیت را در کاهش میزان فرسودگی نسبت به شاخص همپیوندی محلی با نسبت بخت 443/0 دارد. این مسئله بیانگر آن است که بهبود اتصال و همپیوندی محلی در بافتهای فرسوده شهر زنجان از عوامل مهم در کاهش میزان فرسودگی خواهد بود.

تحلیل موقعیت مکانی مخاطرات ادراکی تخریب گرایی در فضاهای عمومی شهر (مطالعه موردی: محله برج قربان شهر همدان)
تخریبگرایی به عنوان یکی از انواع جرمهای رایج در شهرهای امروز، پیامدهای منفی متعددی را در بر داشته و موجب مشکلات اجتماعی، فرهنگی، خسارات مالی و... شده که نمود بصری آن نیز بیش از سایر جرائم در فضاهای عمومی شهری ماندگاری دارد. در این میان گروهی اعم از روانشناسان و جامعهشناسان بر نقش عوامل درونی و شخصیتی و گروهی از جمله معماران و شهرسازان بر چگونگی نقش موقعیت مکانی بر تخریبگرایی معتقدند. دیدگاه اصلی این مقاله بر نقش توأمان هر دو عامل استوار است. هدف اصلی دستیابی به نقش مکان و موقعیت مکانی بر پیشگیری از رفتارهای تخریب گرایانه از طریق ایجاد مخاطرات ادراکی و حس ترس از ارتکاب به تخریب (جرم) است. با توجه به شرایط محیطی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و... در فضاهای شهری ایران به این موضوع پرداخته شده است. مطالعه موردی محله برج قربان شهر همدان است که با توجه به عوامل درونی، به عنوان یک محله دارای افراد بالقوه تخریبگرا مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. تحقیق اسنادی، تحلیلی است که به روش همبستگی به بررسی نسبت متغیرها میپردازد. فرض مقاله بر پراکنش یکسان افراد تخریبگرا در فضاهای عمومی شهری این محله است. برداشت متغیرهای مکانی مورد نظر و میزان وقوع رفتارهای تخریب گرایانه از طریق مشاهدات میدانی عینی و پرسشنامه صورت گرفته است. سپس با نرمافزار spss و آزمونهای آماری، دادهها مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتهاند. یافتهها با انتظارات نظری و پیشینه پژوهشی مقاله مطابقت دارد. نتایج حاکی از آن است که چگونگی میزان نظارت و تراکم جمعیتی موجود و موقعیت مکانی اعم از دید پیدرپی، حس مکان، بهداشت محیط، بهداشت بصری، بهداشت رفتاری و فضاهای پنهان در فضاهای عمومی شهر بر میزان مخاطرات ادراکی تخریب گرایان در هنگام ارتکاب به تخریب مؤثرند. به عبارتی حضور در موقعیتهای مکانی خاص، منجر به ایجاد حس ترس از تخریب (جرم) به دلیل پیامدهای پیشِ رو شده و در نهایت موجب از بین رفتن رفتارهای تخریب گرایانه و یا جابهجایی مکان تخریب میشود.

ادراک امنیت در فضاهای شهری (مطالعه موردی: پهنه های پارک سرخه حصار شهر تهران)
پارکها یکی از مهمترین فضاهای شهر تهران به حساب میآیند. پارک جنگلی سرخهحصار به عنوان یکی از قدیمیترین و بزرگترین پارکهای جنگلی شهر تهران که در محل گرههای شلوغ شهری قرار گرفته، دارای کارکردهای منحصر به فردی است. استفاده مطلوب از این فضا زمانی صورت میگیرد که استفادهکنندگان در آن احساس امنیت نمایند. با توجه به گستردگی بالای پارک و پهنهبندی موجود در آن نمیتوان از یک ادراک واحد از امنیت در پارک سرخهحصار بحث نمود. بر همین اساس سئوال اصلی پژوهش این است که شهروندان مراجعهکننده به پهنههای مختلف پارک سرخهحصار چه ادراکی از ابعاد مختلف امنیت موجود در این پهنهها دارند و آیا این ادراک در پهنههای مختلف تفاوت معناداری با یکدیگر دارند. روش تحقیق مبتنی بر روش کمی با تکنیک پیمایش و ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است. در این پژوهش با توجه به قلمرو مکانی مورد مطالعه، علاوه بر نمونهگیری از مراجعهکنندگان به پارک، اقدام به نمونهگیری از فضا و زمان نیز شده است. یافتههای به دست آمده از 504 مراجعهکننده به پارک از طریق نرمافزارهای SPSS و GIS مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. شش بُعد ادراک از امنیت در پنج پهنه پارک سرخهحصار دارای پایایی بوده و میزان ادراک امنیت مالی، حیثیتی، اموال عمومی و نظم عمومی در پهنههای پارک دارای تفاوت معناداری با یکدیگر هستند. ادراک کلی از امنیت مراجعهکنندگان به پارک از طریق تجمیع نمرات آنها در شش بُعد امنیت حاصل شد. یافتههای به دست آمده از ادراک کلی امنیت در پهنههای مختلف پارک سرخهحصار نشان میدهد که بالاترین و پایینترین میزان میانگین ادراک کلی از امنیت به ترتیب مربوط به پهنههای اقامت، انتظار، تفریح و پیادهروی و هنرهای محیطی است. تفاوت ادراک کلی از امنیت در پهنههای مختلف به لحاظ آماری معنادار است. استفاده از شهروندان به عنوان عوامل افزایش ادراک امنیت، افزایش تعداد پُستهای نگهبانی و گشتزنی نیروی انتظامی و شهرداری، استفاده از دوربین مداربسته، تقویت آنتندهی تلفنهمراه و تجهیز روشنایی معابر فرعی و احداث نورافکنهای خوشهای از جمله راهکارهای ارتقای ادراک امنیت در پهنههای مختلف پارک سرخهحصار است.

تطبیق اجزای ساخت معنا با ساخت کالبد در مجموعه تاریخی شهر یزد
ساخت، کل متشکل از واحدهای تقسیم، رابطها، مفاصل و مرزهاست که با گشتارهایی، حول انتظامدهندههایی در تبعیت از اصولی شکل میگیرند. چنین ساختی واجد معنایی است. معنا، ذهنیتی است که از واژه، جمله، پاراگراف یا متن برای خواننده مستفاد میشود. پژوهش ساخت معنا، در زمینه شهر میتواند در ابعاد مختلف آن انجام گیرد. از آنجا که بعد کالبد، محسوس، باثبات و عینیترین بُعد شهر است، پژوهش ساخت معنا در ساخت کالبد شهر انجام شده است. مجموعه تاریخی شهر یزد از ارزشمندترین مجموعههایی است که به عنوان یک متن در کتابِ شهرِ یزد قابل پیگیری است. این متن همواره، متنی بامعنا بوده ولی مداخلات انجام شده در مجموعه گاهی سبب از دست رفتن معانی مترتب بر آن شده است. در این پژوهش،"ساخت"، "معنا" و "کالبد"، مفاهیمی هستند که در ابتدا، مرور و مدلهای نظری آنها ساخته و ارائه شدند. سپس با مدلهای یاد شده، ساخت معنا و ساخت کالبد مجموعه یاد شده با روشهای توصیفی، پیمایشی و نسبت ساخت معنا و ساخت کالبد با روش تطبیقی پژوهش شدند. تطبیق و تناظر ساخت معنا با ساخت کالبد در مراتب کلان، میانه و خُرد، اشتراک شکلدهندهها (اصول) و اجزای تشکیل دهنده آنها از دستاوردهای این پژوهش هستند. استفاده از مدلهای ارائه شده در موارد مشابه توصیه میشود.
