به کارگیری روش نظریه مبنایی برساختگرا در پژوهشهای برنامهریزی شهری و منطقهای
چارچوب فرایند پژوهش برنامهریزی برای به کارگیری روش نظریه مبنایی برساختگرا، پیوستار عناصر هستیشناسی، معرفتشناسی، روششناسی و روش را چگونه تعریف میکند؟ این مقاله با هدف تمهید پایه منطقی برای کاربرد روش نظریه مبنایی برساختگرا در مطالعات برنامهریزی شهری و منطقهای به نگارش درآمده است. نظریه مبنایی با قرار گرفتن در چارچوب رهیافت اِمیک در پژوهشهای برنامهریزی، آن را از نقطهنظر مشارکت کننده توصیف کرده و دیدگاهی از این که مشارکتکنندگان چگونه آن را به مثابه امری واقعی و معنادار درک و قبول میکنند، تولید میکند. با تشخیص اهمیت داستانها و روایتهای عاملان درگیر در فرایندهای برنامهریزی، رمزگشایی از ارزشهای زیرکار و ادراکات مشترک در کاربستهای برنامهریزی ممکن میشود. در این روش رویکرد پژوهشگر صراحتاً مبتنی بر این فرض است که هر گونه تفسیر نظری، یک تصویر تفسیری از جهان مورد مطالعه را پیشنهاد میدهد نه یک تصویر دقیق از آن. در همین راستا، کاربست این روش مطابق با فرایند پیشنهادی چارمز توصیف و تحلیل شده است. دادههای تحلیل عناصر ذهنی پژوهششوندگان به واسطه روش مصاحبههای عمیق نیمه_ساختار یافته فراهم شده و پس از انجام مراحل پیش کدگذاری اعم از گردآوری دادهها و پیادهسازی آنها، مرحله تحلیل دادهها و طیفهای سهگانه کدگذاری( کدگذاری اولیه، کدگذاری متمرکز و کدگذاری نظری) تشریح شدهاند. افزون بر آن، فرایندهای انگاشتپردازی نظریه مبنایی برساختگرا با به کار بردن یادداشتنگاری و اشباع نظری نیز مورد تأکید قرار گرفتهاند. شناخت این رویکرد در میان سایر رویکردهای نظریه مبنایی و فرایند متواتر قابل کاربرد آن در پژوهشهای برنامهریزی به واسطه روش توصیفی_تحلیلی برخاسته از مطالعات گسترده نظری و تجربه عملی به کارگیری این فرایند با روش پیمایشی بوده است.این مهم در انتظام برنامهریزی شهری و منطقهای در ردیابی درک برنامهریزان از برآمدهای برنامهریزی، محیط برنامهریزی و بستر اجتماعی و نیز با توجه به ماهیت مکانمند نظریه برنامهریزی، در عملآوری نظریه برنامهریزی محتوایی و میانی مرتبط با موقعیت خاص قابلیت کاربرد دارد.

مقایسه عوامل مؤثر بر حس تعلق به مکان در محلات جدید و قدیم شهر اردبیل
حس تعلق به مکان با میزان رضایت و تداوم حضور افراد در یک محله ارتباط مستقیم دارد. عدم شناخت کافی برنامهریزان و طراحان از ابعاد مؤثر بر حس تعلق و تفاوت و شباهتهای بین عوامل مؤثر در محلات مختلف شهری منجر به کاهش همبستگی، مشارکت اجتماعی و نیز کاهش انگیزه ساکنان برای ادامه سکونت میشود. هدف این مقاله، مقایسه عوامل مؤثر بر حس تعلق ساکنان در محلات جدید و قدیمی اردبیل است که میتواند منجر به ارتقای سطح آگاهی از ریشه رفتارهای سکونتی مردم شود. برای دستیابی به این هدف، با استفاده از روش تحلیلی_توصیفی، مرور ادبیات و انجام مصاحبه، به تهیه پرسشنامه محقق ساخت با 57 سئوال اقدام شد. مخاطبان به تعداد 200 نفر با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و از بین ساکنان با سن بیشتر از ١٨ سال در محلههای مسکونی شهر اردبیل، به روش خوشهای و تصادفی انتخاب شدند. 100 پرسشنامه در محلات قدیمی و 100 پرسشنامه نیز در محلات جدید اردبیل پخش و تکمیل شد. در مرحله بعد، تحلیل آماری نتایج حاصل از پرسشنامهها شامل آزمون تی و همبستگی پیرسون با استفاده از نرمافزار 21 SPSS انجام شد. براساس نتایج حاصل، اگرچه احساس تعلق به مکان در محلات قدیمی بیشتر از محلات جدید است، اما عوامل مؤثر بر حس تعلق به مکان در محلات قدیمی، ماهیت متفاوتی در مقایسه با محلات جدید دارد. در محلات قدیمی علاوه بر پیوندهای تاریخی و خانوادگی در افراد، عوامل اجتماعی نسبت به عوامل کالبدی، عامل قویتر و اثرگذارتری بر سطح رضایتمندی و حس تعلق در ساکنان محله است. با این حال در محلات جدید نیز به دلیل پررنگ بودن برخی از فاکتورهای بعد کالبدی مانند وجود عناصر طبیعی، فضاهای باز، امکانات تفریحی و موارد مشابه، شاهد سطح مطلوب رضایتمندی ساکنان بودیم. در نتیجه افراد در محلات قدیمی و جدید ابعادی از حس تعلق را به دست میآورند و ابعادی را از دست میدهند که در حالت ایدهآل به منظور تجمیع حداکثری عوامل مؤثر بر حس تعلق به مکان در یک محله، گام نخست شناسایی و قیاس عوامل بود که در این مقاله بدان پرداخته شد.

ارزیابی عوامل محیطی و کالبدی بر میزان حضور جوانان در معابر شهری(نمونه موردی: خیابان عفیف آباد در شهر شیراز)
امروزه پرداختن به موضوع حضور جوانان در فضاهای شهری و ارتباط آن با مؤلفههای معماری بسیار با اهمیت است. دستیابی به نقش این عناصر در افزایش حضور جوانان در معابر، گام مهمی برای کاهش مشکلات جوانان خواهد بود. تقویت حضور جوانان، ضمن ایجاد تعامل با سایر شهروندان، زمینه استفاده از این فرصت ارزشمند به منظور برنامهریزی اوقات فراغت جوانان و افزایش سرزندگی شهروندان در فضاهای شهری خواهد بود. مهمترین هدف این پژوهش، ارزیابی تأثیر عناصر کالبدی معماری از جمله فرم و شکل نمای بناهای مجاور معابر شهری، رنگ بدنهها، نوع کفسازی، مبلمان، تنوع کاربری، محل قرارگیری و شکل باغچهها و آبنماها و ... بر میزان حضور جوانان در فضاهای شهری و به ویژه معابر است. این تحقیق از نقطه نظر هدف بیرونی از گونه کاربردی است. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی بوده و دیدگاه 400 نفر از شهروندان شامل ساکنان، کسبه و رهگذران، با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته، برداشت شده است. این برداشتها با استفاده از تحلیلهای آماری در نرمافزار SPSS v.24 اولویتبندی گردیدند. در ادامه با روش تجزیه و تحلیل عاملی، محتوا و بار عاملی پرسشهای موجود در هر یک از مؤلفهها ارائه گردیده است. بر مبنای نتـایج حاصل از تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها، مهمترین مؤلفهها از نظـر پاسـخ دهنـدگان دستهبندی شد. یافتههای تحقیق نشان میدهد، عناصر مبلمان شهری بـا ضـریب همبسـتگی 64/. در مقایسه با مؤلفههای خدمات عمومی و رفاهی، محیطی، ویژگیهای عملکردی، مؤلفههای ایمنی و امنیت، تنوع فضایی، کالبدی و مؤلفههای انعطاف پذیری، بیشترین تأثیر را بر افزایش حضور جوانان در خیابان عفیفآباد شیراز داشتهاند. همچنین مشخص گردید، توجه به نظافت و پاکیزگی محیط و دسترسی به خدمات عمومی، مهمترین عوامل مورد توجه جوانان حاضر در خیابان عفیفآباد به منظور انگیزه حضور آنان در معابر شهری بوده است.

رابطۀ تراکم ادراکشده، احساس امنیت و تعاملات اجتماعی؛ مقایسۀ دو گونۀ مسکن متراکم محصور و غیرمحصور
در بحث از بعد اجتماعی توسعه پایدار، تعاملات میان ساکنان و احساس امنیت از موضوعات مهم محسوب میشوند. بنابراین از یک سو در زمینه کشورهای در حال توسعه، اثر محیطهای مسکونی متراکم بر زندگی اجتماعی ساکنان همچنان نیازمند فهم و مطالعه بیشتری است و از سوی دیگر، بسته و محصور بودن، به عنوان یک عامل کالبدی، مؤثر بر شرایط اجتماعی در محیطهای مسکونی شناخته میشود. از این رو، هدف این پژوهش، بررسی رابطه میان تراکم ادراک شده(بعد کمّی_کیفی تراکم)، احساس امنیت و تعاملات اجتماعی در قالب مدلی ساختاری و مقایسه سازوکار آنها در دو گونه مسکن محصور و غیرمحصور است. جامعه آماری، نمونهای شامل590 نفر از ساکنان شش توسعه مسکونی، با تراکم جمعیتی، تراکم خالص مسکونی و پایگاه اجتماعی_اقتصادی مشابه ساکنان و شیوه طراحی متفاوت در شهر مشهد بودند. پس از کنترل پایایی ترکیبی عاملها و روایی سازه، ابتدا با استفاده از آزمون تی، دو گونه مسکن به لحاظ متغیرهای احساس امنیت و تعاملات اجتماعی با یکدیگر مقایسه شدند. سپس روابط میان متغیرها از طریق مدلیابی معادلات ساختاریSEM مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافتههای این پژوهش نشان میدهد، تفاوت معناداری میان دو گونه مسکن محصور و غیرمحصور به لحاظ تعاملات و احساس امنیت وجود دارد. براساس مدلهای برازش شده، در هر دو گروه مسکن، شرایط اجتماعی و امنیت در فضاهای باز مشترک، به تراکم ادارک شده وابسته است. همچنین مقایسه مدلها، حاکی از این مطلب است که نحوه اثر سازههای پژوهش در دو گونه مسکن محصور و غیرمحصور، متفاوت از یکدیگر بوده و فرآیندهای ادراکی_اجتماعی، به شکل متفاوتی عمل میکنند. در گونه محصور، ادراک تراکم، تعاملات اجتماعی و احساس امنیت در یک حلقه بازخورد، در طول زمان موجب ارتقا یا تضعیف یکدیگر میشوند. در حالی که در گونه مسکن غیرمحصور احساس امنیت، پیشنیاز بروز تعاملات اجتماعی در فضاهای باز مشترک است و میان ادراک تراکم و تعاملات اجتماعی نقش واسطهای دارد.

فراتحلیل عوامل سرزندگی محیطی در فضاهای باز
فضاهای باز نقش حیاتی در افزایش کیفیت هر محیط و فضایی دارند. بهبود وضعیت کیفیت زیستی بشراز طریق افزایش سرزندگی در فضا صورت میگیرد. بنابراین میتوان سرزندگی را جزئی جداییناپذیر از یک فضای مطلوب دانست که درصدد انتقال حس نشاط به مخاطبان است. ازاین رو مقاله حاضر در نظر دارد تا با واکاوی حوزه نظری پژوهشهای انجام شده در قلمرو سرزندگی، به فراتحلیل عوامل سرزندگی محیطی در فضای باز بپردازد. با توجه به این که سرزندگی در فضاها، فرهنگها و جوامع مختلف میتواند معانی و عوامل متفاوتی داشته باشد، در این مقاله سعی شده که جمعبندی نظری در حوزه عوامل با توجه به انواع مختلف فضاهای باز در تحلیلها صورت گیرد. جامعه آماری 40 مقاله (20 مقاله داخلی و 20 مقاله خارجی) در بازه زمانی 1385-1397 است. گردآوری دادهها از مقالات براساس پروتکل پریسما بوده که با نظر متخصصان مورد انطباق قرار گرفته است. پس از مرور نظاممند مقالات، برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از روش فراتحلیل و نرمافزار CMA2 استفاده شد. همچنین پس از تحلیل استنباطی دادهها از طریق نمودار قیفی، روش رگرسیون خطی اگر، خطای انتشار و آزمون Q ناهمگونی، با استفاده از روش رگرسیون خطی و رگرسیون چند متغیره، ابتدا میزان ارتباط بین یکایک متغیرهای مستقل و سپس کلیه متغیرهای مستقل در ابعاد مختلف با متغیر وابسته یعنی سرزندگی محیطی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. یافتههای تحقیق نشان میدهد، در مورد تأثیر متغیرهای مستقل بر سرزندگی، بین سرزندگی و متغیرهای مستقل رابطه مثبت و مستقیمی وجود دارد؛ همچنین در مطالعات صورت گرفته، متغیر ایمنی و امنیت بیشترین تأثیر را بر سرزندگی محیطی دارد و در درجه دوم متغیر مشارکت و تعاملات اجتماعی مؤثرترین متغیر است. همچنین متغیر کالبد و فرم بنا کمترین تأثیر را بر سرزندگی محیطی دارد و تأثیرات دیگر متغیرها تقریباً ثابت است.

مدل سازی اثر جهت خیابان در پراکنش آلودگی هوا (مطالعه موردی: ناحیه2 منطقه 6 شهرداری تهران)
با توجه به رشد شهرنشینی و افزایش جمیت شهرها، مسائل و مشکلات آنها نیز بارزتر میگردند. آلودگی هوا از مهمترین مسائل حوزه شهری است. تهران به عنوان مرکز سیاسی، اقتصادی و ارتباطی ایران، هر سال به طور مکرر با رخداد روزهای آلوده و ناسالم مواجه است. در شهر تهران افزون بر شکل و توپوگرافی شهر، تراکم و ارتفاع ساختمانها، میزان ترافیک، عرض و جهت معابر به همراه شرایط جوی و اقلیمی نقش اساسی در آلودگی هوای شهر دارند. در تحقیق حاضر، برای تحلیل تأثیر جهتگیری معابر و جهت و شدت باد بر چگونگی پراکنش آلایندههای هوا از دادههای آماری ایستگاه ژئوفیزیک در بازه زمانی 20 ساله (1991-2010) و مدل خردمقیاس Envi-met استفاده شد. پراکنش آلودگیها در ناحیه 2 منطقه 6 شهرداری تهران در دو بازه زمانی زمستان و تابستان (ژانویه و ژوئیه) و در سه مقطع زمانی صبح، ظهر و عصر شبیهسازی شد. نتایج نشان داد که در هر دو فصل سال، جهت خیابانها و دسترسیها نقش مؤثری در تجمع یا پراکنش آلایندهها دارند؛ به طوری که تراکم آلودگی در خیابانهایی که در ساعات مختلف روز عمود بر جهت وزش باد غالب هستند، بیشتر است. براساس نتایج، غلظت آلایندهها در خیابانهای اصلی محدوده مورد مطالعه با جهت آنها ارتباط معناداری نشان میدهد. در خیابانهای متأثر از بادهای شمالی، غلظت آلایندهها متوسط، در خیابانهای با حاکمیت باد جنوبی، غلظتها زیاد و در خیابانهای با جهت جنوبغربی، غلظتها کم است. بنابراین در نظر گرفتن شرایط اقلیمی (به ویژه باد) در طراحی معابر شهری در بهبود کیفیت هوای شهر تأثیرگذار است.

تحلیلی بر تعارض منافع در پروژه های بزرگ مقیاس مشارکتی در شهر با تاکید بر مدل شراکت عمومی-خصوصی-مردمی (مطالعه موردی: پروژه ارگ جهان نمای اصفهان)
توسعههای شهری با هدف ایجاد منفعت عمومی صورت میپذیرد ولی گاهی به ایجاد تضادها بین اهداف و نتایج مورد قبول گروه مختلف و تعارضات منجر میگردد. از آنجا که تأثیر تعارضات مقولهای زمینهدار است، اهمیت مدیریت آن را به مثابه یک رویکرد روششناختی و عملی برجسته میسازد. مدلهای جدید مدیریت تعارضات، مدل مشارکت عمومی خصوصی در توسعه شهری(3P) و مدل مشارکت عمومی و خصوصی و مردمی(مدل شراکت) (4P) است. 4P یک مفهوم نسبتاً جدید است که هدف آن به کارگیری انواع بازیگران در فرایندهای برنامهریزی با هدف ایجاد برنامهریزی اثربخشتر و همه شمولتر برای پاسخ به چالشهای مشارکت بخشهای عمومی خصوصی با تقویت جایگاه مشارکت مردمی در برنامهریزی است. روش تحقیق در این مقاله از منظر هدف، کاربردی و از منظر راهبرد تحقیق، استفهامی است که با استفاده از اسناد کتابخانهای و روش مروری ساده به کشف و توصیف مؤلفههای 3P و 4P پرداخته و مدیریت تعارضات در مدل جدید 4P را مطرح مینماید. روش گردآوری اطلاعات، مصاحبه شبه ساختار یافته به منظور فهم مشکلات پروژه ارگ جهاننمای اصفهان و تعیین تعارضات بین کنشگران اعم از گروههای ذینفع و ذینفوذ با استفاده از نمونهگیری هدفمند است و دادههای متنی مکتوب اعم از اسناد شهری و خبری، مطالعات پژوهشی و گزارشات مربوط به پروژه و محدوده آن، قبل، حین و بعد از انجام پروژه با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی جهتدار(قیاسی) بررسی و درنهایت با استفاده از «ماتریس دستیابی به اهداف» تعارضات میان گروهی در این پروژه تحلیل شدهاست. تعارضات بین سازمانی و گروههای مردمی در این پروژه در سه حوزه تملک اراضی(مالکان قطعات موجود در کاروانسرای تحدید)، نوع کاربری پیشنهادی برای محدوده(تغییر کاربری فضای سبز به فرهنگی و درنهایت تجاری) و ساخت پروژه جهاننما از لحاظ کالبدی(عدم توجه به حریم ارتفاعی و خط آسمان میدان نقشجهان) به وجود آمدهاست. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که عدم شناخت کنشگران در پروژه جهاننما و عدم توجه به مشارکت و در مفهومی فراتر، شراکت (شریک بودن در سود و ضرر و نوآوریهای یک طرح) گروههای مختلف اعم از بخش عمومی، خصوصی و مردمی در فرآیند طرح باعث ایجاد تعارضات شده و این امر منجر به عدم تحقق اهداف طرح گردیده است.

گونه شناسی شیوه های پهنه بندی و تعیین تراکم ساختمانی مسکونی در طرح های جامع شهری ایران
نظام شهرسازی کشور در دهههای معاصر بسیار دستخوش تغییر و تحول قرارگرفته است. یکی از موضوعاتی که در این تغییر و تحول اثرات شایانی بر توسعه شهرهای ایران بر جای گذاشته، موضوع تراکم ساختمانی در طرحهای توسعه شهری بوده است. به منظور رسیدگی به این موضوع، هدف مقاله پیش رو، بررسی چگونگی تعیین تراکم ساختمانی مسکونی در طرحهای جامع شهرهای مراکز استانهای ایران از زمان تهیه نخستین طرح تاکنون و ارائه یک گونهشناسی از آنها و تشریح ویژگیهای آن است. نوع تحقیق از حیث روش توصیفی_تحلیلی و از حیث محتوای اطلاعات یک مقاله اصیل است. روش جمعآوری دادهها اسنادی و مراجعه مستقیم برای دسترسی به آنها بوده است. تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها نیز از طریق تشریح ساده روابط میان آنها صورت گرفته است. یافتههای مقاله نشان داده است که میتوان پنج گونه مختلف از روش تعیین تراکم ساختمانی مسکونی را شناسایی نمود. گونه نخست روش سنتی (که خود به سه زیرگونه کاهشی، افزایشی و سه سطحی تقسیم میشود)، گونه دوم روش شناور، گونه سوم روش راهبردی_ساختاری، گونه چهارم روش ترکیبی و گونه پنجم سایر روشها. بر این اساس یک روند تاریخی در گونهشناسی ارائه شده مشخص گردید. به طوری که هر یک از گونهها و زیرگونهها در مقطع زمانی خاصی از تاریخ چند دههای تهیه طرحهای توسعه شهری کشور، بیشترین تأثیر خود را بر چگونگی تعیین تراکم ساختمانی مسکونی در شهرها بر جای گذاشتهاند. همچنین بررسی سیر تحول تاریخی این گونهها نیز نشان داد که قوانین و مقررات مصوب فرادستی در خصوص موضوع تراکم ساختمانی نقطهعطف تعیین و به کارگیری این روشها در طرحهای جامع شهری ایران بوده است.

بررسی اثر حرارتی گیاهان در فضاهای شهری با مدل PMV (نمونۀ موردی محلۀ ازگل تهران)
شهرها طی بیش از یک قرن تغییرات اساسی که در فعالیتها و کالبد آنها رخ داده، ارتباط حیاتی خود را با طبیعت از دست دادهاند. در سالهای اخیر توسعه شهرنشینی و پیوستن روستاها به کلانشهرها موجب از بین رفتن بسیاری از پوششهای گیاهی این مناطق شده است. محله ازگل از جمله محلات شمال تهران است که بخش عمدهای از فضای سبز آن در فرایند توسعه از بین رفته و کیفیت فضایی در کانونهای متمرکز آن کاهش یافته است. با توجه به اثر گیاهان در ایجاد شرایط آسایش، این مقاله با هدف ارتقای کیفیت فضاهای عمومی و افزایش آسایش حرارتی در مراکز محله به دنبال یافتن رابطه بین سطوح سبز با میزان کاهش دما در گرمترین روز سال است. مقاله با راهبردی ترکیبی متکی بر استدلال منطقی و سنجش نرمافزاری به مطالعه یک سایت در محله ازگل تهران در دو وضعیت موجود و حالت بهینه طراحی پرداخته است. دادههای وضع موجود با برداشتهای میدانی و اطلاعات خرداقلیم در وضعیت دوم که با افزودن گیاهان به فضا مورد بررسی قرار گرفت، با شبیهسازی کامپیوتری به دست آمد. در نهایت شرایط آسایش با مدل PMV سنجیده شده تا اثر دقیق گیاهان بر عناصر خرداقلیم مشخص شود و دو حالت باهم مقایسه شدند تا تأثیر طراحی با گیاهان در ارتقای کیفیات محیطی مشخص شود. معیارهای ارزیابی، دما و رطوبت نسبی است که محاسبات با اولویتدهی به پیاده، در ارتفاع 1.65 متری انجام شده است. یافتههای به دست آمده از این مطالعه حاکی از این است که با اختصاص درصد کمی از فضای شهر به سبزینگی تا حد زیادی میتوان شرایط خرداقلیم را بهبود بخشید. محاسبات رایانهای نشان داد به ازای افزودن هر مترمربع فضای سبز در موقعیت مکانی مورد مطالعه، 71/3 برابر آن به محدوده آسایش اضافه میگردد. همچنین در نمونه مورد بررسی، با ثابت نگه داشتن رطوبت نسبی میتوان 1.5 تا 2 درجه از گرمای هوا کاست. با توجه به این که گرمایش جهانی در صد سال اخیر حاصل یک درجه اضافه شدن به دمای کره زمین است، نتایج مقاله قابل توجه خواهد بود. به بیانی با تعمیم نتایج در کل محله و در مقیاسی بزرگتر، اثربخشی آن چشمگیرتر خواهد بود.

امکان سنجی گسترش شبکه پیاده راهی در بافت مرکزی شهرکرد
امروزه یکی از مهمترین راهبردهای توسعه شهری، افزایش کیفیت محیط با رویکرد پیادهمداری است. شبکههای پیادهراهی با افزایش تعاملات اجتماعی و فرهنگی، نقش مهمی در تجدید حیات شهری بر عهده دارند. بدیهی است تقویت محورهای پیاده، همچون سایر فضاهای شهری، با در نظر گرفتن معیارهای متناسب و توجه به نیازهای مختلف کاربران امکانپذیر است. در این مقاله بافت مرکزی شهرکرد که از قابلیتهایی همچون دسترسی مناسب به منابع طبیعی، وجود بناهای شاخص تاریخی، قرارگاههای رفتاری مشخص و ارتباطات فرهنگی مناسب برخوردار است، به عنوان مورد مطالعاتی انتخاب شده است. هدف مقاله شناسایی پهنههای مستعد به منظور توسعه شبکههای پیادهراهی با تأکید بر معیارهای مؤثر در این زمینه است. نوع تحقیق کاربردی، روش آن توصیفی_تحلیلی و شیوه گردآوری و وزندهی دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامه است. در ابتدا به مطالعه مبانی نظری پرداخته، معیارهای مؤثر در افزایش پیادهمداری شناسایی و پرسشنامهای متناسب با مؤلفههای پیشنهادی تهیه شده است. سپس با استفاده از روش دلفی و امتیازدهی طیف لیکرت به سنجش میزان اهمیت معیارها پرداخته شده است. نتایج تحقیق بیانگر آنست که از میان 15 معیار انتخاب شده، معیارهای امنیت، آسایش و جذابیت بیشترین تأثیر را در افزایش پیادهمداری در محدوده مورد مطالعه داشتهاند. به منظور تعیین قابلیت هر مسیر، از روش مقایسه زوجی در نرمافزار اکسپرت چویس استفاده شده است. مقایسه امتیازهای نهایی نشان میدهد، محور تاریخی فرهنگی آقابزرگ، خیابان ولیعصر و خیابان ملت گزینههای برتر برای تبدیل به پیادهراه هستند. درنهایت به منظور تقویت شبکه پیادهراهی در این ناحیه پیشنهادهایی متناسب با هر مسیر ارائه شده است.
