تعیین اندازه بهینه شهرهای دارای پراکنده رویی با رویکرد حفظ توسعه موجود، مطالعه موردی: شهر ساحلی دیلم
طی سالیان اخیر رشد سریع شهرنشینی در مناطق ساحلی و بروز فعالیتهای متعارض در آن، فشارهای زیست محیطی گزافی را متوجه این اکوسیستم حساس کرده است. از جمله این شهرها، شهر ساحلی بندر دیلم واقع در استان بوشهر بوده که به گواه آمارهای رسمی، طی سالهای 1335 تا 1395 رشد هفت برابری جمعیت را تجربه نموده است. این پژوهش که از لحاظ هدف پژوهشی کاربردی است، با استفاده از دادههای کمی و با روش توصیفی_تحلیلی به مطالعه رشد بیرویه افقی شهر ساحلی بندر دیلم در یک دوره 10 ساله پرداخته است. پس از مطالعه بر ادبیات مروری، در قدم نخست به بررسی پراکندهرویی در شهر دیلم با استفاده از تحلیل مدل آنتروپی شانون پرداخته شد و در گام بعد به وسیله مدل هلدرن میزان رشد افقی بیرویه شهری تعیین گردید. در ادامه برای نخستین بار با به کارگیری سیستم تحلیل رقومی خطوط ساحلی (DSAS) در مطالعه رشد کالبد شهری، نرخ رشد کالبدی شهر در دوره 10 ساله به دست آمده و در نهایت با کسر سهم رشد بیرویه افقی از رشد کل کالبد شهر، ساختوسازهایی که منجر به پراکنش شهر شده بودند، به کمک نرمافزار ArcGIS10، در قالب نقشه مشخص گردیدند تا اندازه بهینه شهر در صورت مقابله با رشد بیرویه افقی معین گردد. نتایج حاکی از آن است که شهر دیلم، میزان قابل توجه 14/80 درصد از بیشترین پراکندگی ممکن را دارا بوده و 1/37 درصد از رشد کالبدی شهر (در بازه زمانی این تحقیق) مستقیماً منجر به پراکندگی کالبدی در آن شده است. همچنین شهر در قسمت شمالی و جنوبی به ترتیب دارای نرخ رشد کالبدی 08/19 و 11/23 متر در هر سال با انحراف معیار 5/4 و 1/4 بوده که به ترتیب میزان 08/7 و 57/8 متر در هر سال منجر به رشد افقی بیرویه آن شده و 12 و 54/14 متر در هر سال ناشی از رشد جمعیت بوده است.

کاربرد تحلیلهای ایزوویست و خطوط دید در سنجش کیفیت بصری در مجتمع های مسکونی (نمونهی موردی: شهر کرمانشاه)
مجتمعهای مسکونی همچون هر برساخته دیگری علاوه بر فضا و کالبد فیزیکی خود، حاوی بار ادراکی برای شهروندان هستند. کیفیت بصری، نقش مهمی در چگونگی شکلگیری این بار ادراکی دارد. بدینترتیب، توجه به کارکرد ادراکی مجموعههای مسکونی به میزان زیادی وابسته به کیفیت بصری آن است که مقولهای کیفی به شمار آمده و از این رو، تحلیل آن پیچیدگیهای بسیاری به همراه دارد. در این راستا تحلیلهای ایزوویست و خطوط دید ابزاری مؤثر در جهت تحلیل و در نتیجه سنجش کیفیت بصری، از طریق روشهای کمی فراهم میآورند. بدینترتیب هدف این پژوهش، ارائه روشی برای به کارگیری ابزار ایزوویست و خطوط دید در فرآیند سنجش کیفیت بصری در مجتمعهای مسکونی است. این پژوهش، به طور موردی در شهر کرمانشاه انجام شده است. برای این منظور، ابتدا مجتمعهای مسکونی واقع در شهر کرمانشاه با استفاده از تحلیلهای فرمی، مبتنی بر یک روش کمی، گونهشناسی و دستهبندی شدهاند. سپس به منظور جلوگیری از تأثیر فضای شهری ناهمخوان اطراف مجتمعها به عنوان عامل مداخلهگر، شکل گونههای حاصله با روش«نرمالکردن» همگن شده و کیفیت فضایی_کالبدی گونههای نرمالایز شده نیز با ابزار اسپیسمیت مورد سنجش قرار گرفته است. در مرحله بعد، کیفیت بصری آنها با استفاده از ابزار ایزوویست، با تکیه بر شاخصهای مساحت، مقدار زاویه راندگی، بیشترین خط شعاع دید و انحصار مورد سنجش قرار گرفته و دادههای کمی استخراج شده است. در نهایت، همبستگی میان دادههای حاصل از سنجش کیفیت بصری، با دادههای حاصل از سنجش کیفیت فضایی_کالبدی گونهها، مورد آزمون قرار گرفته و تحلیل شده است. یافتههای این پژوهش نشان میدهد که هر یک از گونههای مجتمعهای مسکونی، شاخصهای کیفیت بصری و خطوط دید معینی دارد که به طور کمی و کیفی با سایر گونهها قابل مقایسه است. همچنین نتایج این پژوهش نشان میدهد شاخصهای ایزوویست که مبین کیفیت بصری گونهها هستند، با شاخصهای اسپیسمیت، دارای رابطه همبستگی هستند. این امر به معنای اعتبار روش پیشنهادی در سنجش کیفیت بصری مجتمعهای مسکونی بوده و مبین کاربرد نمودارهای اسپیسمیت در کیفیت بصری مجتمعهای مسکونی نیز هست. نتایج این تحقیق میتواند به صورت بالقوه در طراحی سایت مجموعههای مسکونی مورد استفاده قرار گرفته و متعاقب آن بر کیفیت طرحهای مسکونی مؤثر باشد.

در سده اخیر و در شهرهای تاریخی، طرحهای توسعه شهری ازجمله طرحهای جامع و برنامههای ساخت خیابان مسبب مداخلات وسیع و مشکلاتی از جمله از بین رفتن یکپارچگی بافت شهری بودهاند. این مداخلات در محلات تاریخی نمود بیشتری پیدا کردهاست؛ زیرا همواره یکی از مهمترین ویژگیهای این محدودهها، ساختار یکپارچه و انسجام اجزای آن به محوریت مرکز محله بوده و مداخلات شهری بدون شناخت ساختارهای فضایی به چند پاره شدن بافت و از بین رفتن انسجام درونی آن منجر شدهاست. در این مقاله به طور خاص پیامدهای ساخت دو خیابان فاضل نراقی و علوی بر روی ساختار فضایی محله سلطان میراحمد کاشان و مرکز آن مطالعه میشود. براین اساس این مقاله در پی پاسخ دادن به این پرسشهاست که ساخت دو خیابان بیان شده چه پیامدهایی در ارتباط با ساختار فضایی محله داشته و چه آسیبهایی را به آن وارد کرده است. برای پاسخ دادن به این پرسشها، محدوده مورد نظر در سه مقطع زمانی مختلف و با توجه به تغییرات ایجاد شده، مطالعه و وضعیت آن طی سه دوره یادشده مقایسه شدهاست. روش تحقیق به کار گرفته شده در این مقاله توصیفی_تاریخی است و بر مطالعه ساختار فضایی شهر استوار شده و درعین حال یافتههای مبتنی بر تکنیک اسپیس سینتکس با وضعیت فضای شهری و دسترسیها در سه دوره یادشده مقایسه شده تا تصویر روشنی از تغییرات را آشکار کند. بنابراین برای دستیابی به تحلیلی دقیق از تغییرات رخ داده شده، مدل محوری شهر به کمک روش اسپیس سینتکس تحلیل شده و براین اساس دادهها در نرمافزارdepth Map مورد واکاوی قرار گرفتهاند. تحلیلهای صورت گرفته با تکیه بر ارزیابی دو متغیر انسجام و گزیده نشان میدهد که توسعههای شهری و ایجاد خیابانهای جدید در درون و یا نزدیک محله سلطان میراحمد نتایج متفاوتی در پی داشته است. به نحوی که برخی از این خیابانها توان بالقوه تبدیل شدن به هسته جدید در ساختار محله را پیدا کردهاند. از سوی دیگر در اثر تغییرات رخ داده شده، بخشهای درونی محله و ازجمله مرکز تاریخی آن جایگاه خود را در ساختار فضایی محله، محدوده شهری پیرامون و کل شهر از دست داده و به مرکزی فرعی تبدیل شدهاند.

سنجش کیفیت فضای شهری بر اساس معیارهای مکان سازی با تاکید بر کیفیت دسترسی؛ مورد پژوهی: میدان عتیق اصفهان
دسترسی مناسب یکی از مهمترین خصوصیات یک فضای عمومی خوب به شمار میرود و بهبود دسترسی به فضاهای شهری بهمنظور بهبود کیفیت آن، یکی از اهداف عمده رویکرد مکان سازی محسوب میشود. مطابق آموزههای مکان سازی، تنوع دسترسی به مراکز و فضاهای شهری برای تمام اقشار جامعه بهمنظور افزایش قدرت انتخاب به فراخور نیاز و شرایط آنها، از اولویتهای طراحان و برنامهریزان شهری است. هدف از این پژوهش، ارزیابی سطح کیفیت دسترسی بهعنوان یکی از مهمترین کیفیتهای مطرح در رویکرد مکان سازی است. در این مقاله برای سنجش کیفیت دسترسی در میدان امام علی اصفهان شش شاخص «دسترسی فیزیکی (اتصال)، پیوستگی، دسترسپذیری (عمق)، همهشمولی، دسترسی راحت به حملونقل عمومی و وضوح فضا» با استفاده از روشهای میدانی و نرمافزارهای تحلیلی_توصیفی چون SPSS، سیستم اطلاعات مکانی GIS و اسپیس سینتکس (Space Syntax) ارزیابی و تحلیل شدهاند. یافتههای پژوهش نشان میدهد که در این میدان از میان شش شاخص مطرح شده، شاخصهای وضوح و دسترسی راحت به حملونقل عمومی کمترین و بیشترین امتیاز را به خود اختصاص دادهاند.

تحلیل وضعیت بوم شناختی پارکهای شهری (مطالعه موردی: تبریز)
فضاهای سبز و پارکهای شهری بخش مهمی از شبکه پیچیده اکوسیستم شهری هستند و اثرات قابل توجهی در اکوسیستم ارائه میدهند. این پژوهش به بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل اکولوژیکی پارکهای شهری در کلانشهر تبریز پرداخته است. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ ماهیت تحلیلی_توصیفی و از لحاظ هدف کاربردی است.اطلاعات به دو صورت اسنادی و میدانی جمعآوری شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق کلیه پارکهای تبریز و جامعه نمونه، پارکهای ائلگلی، باغمیشه، شمس تبریزی و ارم است. ابزار مورد استفاده برای جمعآوری و تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات، سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی، روش تحلیل شبکهای ANP، مدل تاپسیس و مدل الکتر است. بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل شاخصهای اکولوژیک در چهار محور عمده کالبدی و طراحی اکولوژیکی، زیستمحیطی، فرهنگی_ آموزشی و دسترسی در پارکهای مورد مطالعه نشان میدهد با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده، پارک ائلگلی از نظر اکولوژیکی در بهترین وضعیت قرار دارد و پارکهای شمس، باغمیشه و ارم در رتبههای بعدی قرار دارند که نیازمند اتخاذ سیاستهای مناسب در این زمینه برای بهبود وضعیت آنهاست. به گونهای که در روش تاپسیس پارک ائلگلی در مجموع شاخصها و متغیرهای در نظر گرفته شده براساس دسترسی، فرهنگی، زیستمحیطی و کالبدی با ضریب 16Ci"> 94/15 در رتبه نخست قرار داشته و از نظر اکولوژیکی نسبت به سایر پارکهای مد نظر وضعیت بهتری دارد. سپس پارک شمس با ضریب 16Ci"> 27/10 در رتبه دوم و بعد از پارک ائلگلی قرار دارد و پارکهای باغمیشه و ارم به ترتیب با ضرایب 83/6 و 03/3 در رتبههای سوم و چهارم قرار دارند.

شناسایی مؤلفههای کلیدی گردشگری خلاق کودک محور(موردمطالعه: اصفهان، شهر خلاق صنایع دستی)
گردشگری، صنعتی فراگیر و عمومی است که باید تمام بخشهای جامعه را فارغ از سن و نژاد و جنسیت مورد توجه قرار دهد. از آنجا که کودکان بخش مهمی از جامعه به شمار میروند، توجه به پرورش و ارتقای خلاقیت آنها از ضروریات جامعه است و هنر می تواند نقش مهمی در این امر ایفا کند. بنابراین مقاله حاضر به دنبال مطرح کردن کودکان به عنوان بازار نوظهور حوزه گردشگری خلاق و شناسایی مؤلفههای کلیدی گردشگری خلاق کودک محور و همچنین بررسی عوامل تأثیرگذار بر سفرهای خلاق کودک محور است . گردشگران خلاق، سازندگان تجارب خود هستند. بنابراین باید به عنوان گروهی همگن از تولیدکنندگان عمل کنند که درباره تجربه خلاقشان عقاید و احساسات ذهنی دارند. اصفهان از یک طرف به عنوان شهر خلاق، پتانسیل بالایی برای تبدیل شدن به مقصد گردشگری خلاق مبتنی بر صنایع دستی دارد و از طرف دیگر به عنوان شهر دوستدار کودک پتانسیل مناسبی برای گردشگری کودک دارد . هدف اصلی از پژوهش حاضر، یافتن تعریفی واحد از گردشگری خلاق کودک محور است. این پژوهش کیفی بوده و برای شناسایی مؤلفهها، رویکرد نظریه تماتیک (محتوایی) و تحلیل محتوا مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. دادهها، با استفاده از مصاحبههای عمیق با 31 متخصص حوزه گردشگری، هنر و صنایع دستی و کودک، با استفاده از نمونهگیری گلوله برفی گردآوری شده و دادهها براساس کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی طبقهبندی شدند. در نتیجه پنج مؤلفه مجزا شناسایی شد: فرآیند سفر، محیط، نیازهای کودکان، خلاقیت و ذینفعان. هر مؤلفه عوامل مختلفی را در بر میگیرد که میتواند اطلاعات جدیدی در رابطه با گردشگری خلاق برای کودکان فراهم آورد.

مفهوم اجتماع [محلی] در نظریه های جامعهشناسی شهری: ملاحظات کاربست نظریه ها در برنامهریزی شهری
در پارادایم جدید برنامهریزی شهری، اجتماع جایگاهی کلیدی در طرحها و برنامههای شهری دارد. از این رو، از اوایل دهه 1380، پژوهشهای متعددی در ایران با موضوع چگونگی کاربرد اجتماع در برنامهریزی شهری انجام شده و برنامههای شهری گوناگونی با تکیه بر مفهوم اجتماع تهیه شده است. اگرچه برخی مطالعات و برنامهها، محله را معادل اجتماع در نظر میگیرند، برخی دیگر معتقدند اساساً مفهومی معادل اجتماع در ایران وجود نداشته و مفاهیم اجتماع در جامعهشناسی شهری غرب را بدون در نظر گرفتن ملاحظات مرتبط با زمینه اقتصادی، سیاسی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی کاربست این مفاهیم به کار گرفتهاند. همین امر باعث شده تلقی یکسانی از اجتماع در میان برنامهریزان شهری وجود نداشته باشد و برنامههای تدوین شده بر مبنای مفاهیم غربی اجتماع، در عمل موفقیت لازم را به دست نیاورند. از این رو، پیش از به کارگیری اجتماع در نظام برنامهریزی ایران، با توجه به تعدد مفاهیم اجتماع در جامعهشناسی غرب، لازم است مشخص شود که کدام مفهوم از اجتماع برای کاربست در نظام برنامهریزی شهری ایران مناسب است؟ با این حال، پرداختن به این پرسش نیازمند پاسخگویی به سه پرسش بنیادین دیگر است: (1) مفهوم اجتماع در نظریات جامعهشناسی شهری چیست و هر یک از این نظریات برای کاربست در چه شرایطی مناسب است؟ (2) مفهوم اجتماع در پارادایم جدید برنامهریزی شهری چیست و ریشه در کدام یک از نظریات جامعهشناسی شهری دارد؟ و (3) پیشینه اجتماع در ایران چیست و در حال حاضر اجتماع چه مفهومی در ایران دارد؟ پژوهش حاضر سعی دارد با بهرهگیری از مرور روایتی نظریات اجتماع و بررسی تطبیقیِ کشف مغایرت به روش کیفی به پرسش نخست پاسخ دهد. به این منظور، نظریات بنیادین اجتماع با استفاده از مطالعات اسنادی مرور شدهاند. سپس شباهتها و تفاوتهای نظریات با یکدیگر با استفاده از بررسی تطبیقی شناسایی و ریشه این شباهتها و تفاوتها با بهرهگیری از تحلیل محتوای کیفی، تبیین شده است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان میدهد که بهرهگیری از نظریات گوناگون اجتماع نیازمند در نظر گرفتن همزمان سه عامل است: (1)زمینه اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و سیاسی شهر یا محله هدف، (2) نظریه برنامهریزی شهری ملاک پژوهش یا تدوین برنامه و (3) هدف از انجام مطالعه یا تدوین برنامه.

فراترکیب مقاله های فارسی زبان علمی-پژوهشی با موضوع "پیاده" مروری بر سال های 1397-1380
به دنبال انقلاب صنعتی، رشد روزافزون شهرنشینی و گسترش شهرها، پیادهروی، این عادت قدیمی، کمکم جای خود را به استفاده بیش از پیش به اتومبیل داد و امکان تردد پیادگان را در بسیاری از شهرها کمرنگتر از قرن پیش کرد. درنتیجه این تغییرات، پرداختن به موضوع "پیاده" در دستور کار بسیاری از شهرها قرار گرفت و با اهمیت یافتن موضوع، پژوهشهای بسیاری در جهان و در چند دهه اخیر در ایران صورت پذیرفت. مقاله حاضر با هدف تحلیل و تفسیر آنچه تاکنون در ایران در قالب مقاله پژوهشی منتشر شده و نیز برای پیشگیری از تکرار در زمینه پژوهشهای پیاده به بررسی کمی و کیفی مطالعات انجام شده در این زمینه، پرداخته است. رویکرد پژوهش به صورت کیفی و راهبرد اصلی آن مطالعهای و موردکاوی است. از روش فراترکیب و کدگذاری نیز برای بررسی تحلیلی_تفسیری مطالعات پیشین استفاده شده است. در این پژوهش، 80 مقاله علمی_پژوهشی مرتبط با موضوع پیاده در بازه زمانی 1397-1380 بررسی شده که با مطالعه ساختار و محتوای مقالههای علمی_پژوهشی فارسیزبان، به ترسیم چشمانداز کنونی پژوهشهای با موضوع پیاده، دست یافته است. نتایج بیانگر حجم زیاد و روزافزون پژوهشهای پیاده در دو دهه اخیر، با محوریت "پیادهمداری" و "پیادهراه" است. تکرار در انتخاب نمونه موردی، تعدد و اختلاط گستره واژگان کاربردی، تکرار محتوایی پژوهشهای پیاده و توجه اندک به گروههای مخاطب ویژه شامل کودکان، سالمندان، کمتوانان و ناتوانان جسمی از جمله اصلیترین مسائل و مشکلات مرتبط با مقوله پیاده در طیف مقالههای علمی_پژوهشی است. از جمله مقولههای ترکیب شده پرتکرار با موضوع پیاده میتوان به مقولههای فعالیتی_رفتاری، دید و منظر، مباحث اجتماعی، کیفیتهای محیطی شامل سلامت، ایمنی و امنیت اشاره نمود. همچنین بررسیها نشان میدهد، بیشترین تعداد مطالعات در مقیاس خرد(پیادهرو_خیابان) صورت گرفته و اشارهای به دیگر انواع فضاها و مقیاسها صورت نگرفتهاست.

مدل مدیریت تعارض ذینفعان بازآفرینی شهری در ایران (مورد مطالعه: محله همتآباد اصفهان)
تعارضات ذینفعان بازآفرینی شهری مانع بهرهگیری از ظرفیتهای کامل مشارکت ذینفعان در بافتهای دچار افت شهری است و از آنجا که مشارکت یکی از ارکان اصلی بازآفرینی شهری است، در نتیجه موجب عدم تحقق کامل برنامههای مذکور شده است. از این رو، مدیریت تعارض ذینفعان میتواند اختلاف نظر و تعارضهای بین ذینفعان بازآفرینی شهری را تعادل بخشد و موجب برقراری تعامل، مشارکت و همکاری بین آنها و ایجاد خلاقیت، اثربخشی و بهبود روند اجرایی طرحهای بازآفرینی شهری شود. این مقاله بر آن است تا ضمن تبیین نقش ذینفعان بازآفرینی شهری در تحقق برنامههای توسعه شهری و جایگاه مدیریت تعارضات بین ذینفعان به عنوان یکی از عوامل موفقیت یا ناکامی طرحهای یادشده، مدل «مدیریت تعارض ذینفعان بازآفرینی شهری» در ایران را بر پایه نظریه نهادی و حکمروایی همکارانه و با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی در محله همتآباد اصفهان (به عنوان مورد مطالعه این پژوهش) ارائه کند. از این رو با مطالعه مبانی نظریه نهادی و مفاهیم پایه شامل بازآفرینی شهری، مدیریت تعارض ذینفعان و حکمرواییِ همکارانه، مؤلفههای مدل مفهومی پیشنهادی حاصل از بررسی متون و ادبیات بینالمللی بازآفرینی شهری، تدقیق و ارائه میشود. سپس مدل پیشنهادی با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی، در زمینه محله همتآباد اصفهان مورد آزمون و تحلیل واقع میگردد. بدین منظور پس از شناسایی ذینفعان کلیدی و تعارضات اصلی آنان، از متن مصاحبههای انجام شده با ذینفعان کلیدی و اسناد بازآفرینی محله یادشده، استفاده شده است. در نهایت، مدل مدیریت تعارض ذینفعان بازآفرینی شهری منطبق با زمینه همتآباد اصفهان به دست میآید. نتایج تحقیق نشان میدهد که مدیریت تعارض ذینفعان بازآفرینی شهری مستلزم شناسایی ذینفعان کلیدی، شناسایی تعارضات ذینفعان و ارائه راهبردهای حل تعارض مبتنی بر فرآیندهای همکارانه شامل برقراری چرخه تعاملی بین سهگانه مشارکت و درگیری اصولی، انگیزه مشترک و ظرفیت عمل مشترک است که با بهرهگیری از فنون حل تعارض به ویژه مذاکره و گفتگوی چهره به چهره، موجب رسیدن به همرأیی (اجماعنظر) ذینفعان در موضوع موردِ تعارض میشود. مدل یادشده با مدیریت مؤثر تعارض ذینفعان بازآفرینی شهری میتواند نقشی مؤثر در ظرفیتسازی و اثربخشی طرحهای بازآفرینی اجتماع محلی در ایران ایفا کند.

یافتن ارتباط علی میان مولفههای محیط ساخته شده و رفتار سفر حدود دو دهه است که یکی از سئوالات اصلی در حوزه ارتباط میان رفتار سفر و محیط ساخته شده است. خودانتخابی ساکنان که به گرایش مردم برای انتخاب محل زندگی براساس گرایشات و عادات سفرشان مربوط میشود، یک مسئله کلیدی است که این رابطه را مخدوش میکند. آیا افراد به دلیل تمایل به پیادهروی، محلههایی با قابلیت پیادهروی را برای سکونت میگزینند و در نتیجه دلیل بالا بودن سفر پیاده آنها به گرایشات و ترجیحات سفر آنها بازمیگردد و یا برعکس چون در محلات با قابلیت پیادهروی سکونت دارند، بیشتر پیاده میروند، مسئلهای است که در این پژوهش به آن پاسخ داده شده است. در این راستا، این پژوهش، ارتباطات مستقیم و غیرمستقیم میان مولفههای کالبدی و غیرکالبدی موثر بر رفتارسفر پیاده را با جمعآوری ۲۷۳ پرسشنامه از ساکنان سه محله با الگوهای توسعهای متفاوت مرکزی، متعارف و حومهای در کلانشهر تهران و استفاده از روش تحلیل عاملی و تحلیل مسیر ارزیابی کردهاست. یافتهها حاکی از آن است که در دو محله متعارف و حومهای مولفههای محیط ساخته شده از جمله تنوع مقاصد و میزان دسترسی به آنها و دسترسی به حملونقل عمومی و کاهش دسترسی به بزرگراه بر نگرشها و عادات سفر تاثیر گذاشتهاند. حال آن که در محله مرکزی، مولفههای نگرشها و عادات سفر بر مولفههای محیط ساخته شده و از سوی دیگر ترجیحات انتخاب سکونت بر فراوانی سفر پیاده تاثیر گذاشتهاند. با این حال در محله مرکزی، همچنان مولفه محیط ساخته شده (تنوع مقاصد و دسترسی به آنها) تاثیر مستقیم و مستقل بر رفتار سفر پیاده داشتهاند. بنابراین در مجموع با در نظر گرفتن پدیده خودانتخابی، همچنان مولفههای محیط ساخته شده و رفتار سفر پیاده رابطه علی داشته و با تغییر ویژگیهای آن (افزایش تنوع مقاصد و میزان دسترسی به آنها، افزایش دسترسی به حملونقل عمومی و کاهش دسترسی به بزرگراه) میتوان این مد سفر را در سطح محلات ترغیب نمود.
