تحلیل محتوا و بررسی تطبیقی برنامه های آموزش شهرسازی در جهان و ایران با رویکرد توسعه پایدار، با تاکید بر دوره های کارشناسی ارشد
از جمله دلایل تغییر نگرش رشته شهرسازی از پارادایم رشد به توسعه پایدار، ناکارآمدی رشته و حرفه در پاسخ به دغدغه های محیطی از نیمه دوم قرن بیستم بود. نتیجه چنین تغییر نگرشی در اواخر قرن بیستم در آموزش رسمی و غیررسمی شهرسازی در سراسر جهان بازتاب پیدا کرد که انعکاس آن در حرفه، محصول شهرسازی متفاوتی را رقم زد. نوع نگاه به آموزش توسعه پایدار در کشوهای توسعه یافته در مقایسه با کشورهای در حال توسعه ای مانند ایران موضوعی است که می تواند از منظر تحلیل محتوای برنامه های درسی شهرسازی در کشورهای منتخب دنبال شود. بر این اساس، هدف مقاله حاضر تحلیل جهت گیری آموزش های رشته شهرسازی به سمت مفهوم توسعه پایدار است. در این مقاله که به نوعی تحقیق کاربردی است، با توجه به ماهیت موضوع، از روش کیفی تحلیل محتوا و قابلیت های نرم افزاری SPSS در تحلیل داده ها استفاده شده است. داده های مورد نیاز از طریق بررسی برنامه های درسی شهرسازی در کشورهای منتخب، که به عنوان کشورهای خاستگاه در توسعه پایدار بوده و برنامه های درسی آنها نیز توسط نهادهای بین المللی اعتبارسنجی شده اند، جمع آوری گردیده اند. نتایج بررسی های این مقاله در 128 دانشگاه از نُه کشور مختلف نشان می دهد که جهتگیری غالب در آموزش توسعه پایدار به ارائه "درسی مستقل با موضوع توسعه پایدار و مفاهیم محیطی" و نیز "تدریس توسعه پایدار در رویه و محتوای دروس شهرسازی" است. نتایج این امر در نمونه ایران حاکی از آن است که اگرچه دروسی با «محتوا و عنوان موضوعات محیطی» در تمامی گرایش های کارشناسی ارشد ارائه شده، اما توجه به موضوع توسعه پایدار را به طور رسمی می توان در گرایش طراحی شهری و برنامه ریزی منطقه ای به ترتیب در یک و دو درس اختیاری مشاهده کرد که در مقایسه با یافته های جهانی محدود و ناکافی است. با این حال، توجه به آموزش توسعه پایدار به عنوان یکی از معیارهای نظام رتبه بندی گرین متریک می تواند درون مایه پژوهشهای کاربردی آتی باشد و گامی به سوی توسعه پایدار قلمداد شود.

تاثیر عناصر بصری دیوارنگارههای ایستگاه متروی تئاتر شهر تهران بر مطلوبیت ادراکی- بصری از منظر شهروندان، متخصصان و هنرمندان
از آنجا که ایستگاههای مترو در زمره فضاهای همگانی شهرها قرار میگیرند، جداره آنها مشتمل بر آثار هنری همگانی به ویژه دیوارنگارهها، بخشی از منظر شهری به حساب میآید. آثار هنری موجود در جداره میتواند با ایجاد سامانه ارتباطی میان اثر، هنرمند و مخاطب، زمینهای برای تعامل بیشتر میان مردم و محیط فراهم آورد. بدینجهت، شناخت عوامل مؤثر بر ترجیحات بصری مخاطبان برای ایجاد مطلوبیت ادراکی _ بصری ضرورت دارد. هدف این پژوهش، شناخت چگونگی تأثیر عناصر بصری دیوارنگارههای ایستگاه متروی تئاتر شهر بر مطلوبیت ادراکی _ بصری با تأکید بر بعد بصری جداره ایستگاه است. این پژوهش بهدنبال پاسخ به این پرسش است که عناصر بصری دیوارنگارههای ایستگاه متروی تئاتر شهر چگونه بر مقبولیت و مطلوبیت بصری جداره ایستگاه تأثیرگذارند؟ برای پاسخ به این پرسش، از روش آمیخته و برای گردآوری دادهها از روشهای مشاهده، مصاحبه و تکنیک ترجیح بصری استفاده شده است. از بین شهرهای گوناگون، به لحاظ موقعیت الگوفرستی، شهر تهران و از میان ایستگاههای مترو در این شهر، ایستگاه متروی تئاتر شهر به دلیل موقعیت مکانی و نزدیکی به خیابان ولیعصر، تئاتر شهر و پارک دانشجو انتخاب شد. از میان دیوارنگارههای این ایستگاه، نُه دیوارنگاره مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. نتایج حاکی از آن است که مطلوبیت ادراکی _ بصری در هر سه گروه ناظران تعلیمنیافته (شهروندان)، ناظران تعلیمیافته (متخصصان هنرهای تجسمی) و خالقان آثار (هنرمندان) وجود داشته و نظر شهروندان و هنرمندان به یکدیگر نزدیکتر بوده است. در ارزیابی بهعمل آمده، شهروندان از بهکارگیری طرحهای دارای نوآوری، ریتم و تضادهای فرمی استقبال نموده و از نظر ایشان محل نصب دیوارنگارهها به لحاظ میدان و زاویه دید و ارتباط با جدارهها مطلوب ولی نورپردازی آثار، نامطلوب ارزیابی شد. این موارد در نمونههای مورد مطالعه به عنوان عوامل اصلی مطلوبیت ادراکی _ بصری با تأکید بر بعد بصری دیوارنگارههای ایستگاه شناخته شد.

بررسی الگوی کاشت گیاهان در مقیاس بصری مطلوب در پارک های محلهای (نمونه مورد مطالعه: پارکهای محلهای منطقه 18 و 1 تهران)
پارکهای محلهای در ارتباط بین مردم با طبیعت نقش مهمی را ایفا میکنند. در واقع فضای سبز مهمترین انگیزه برای حضور و تفریح در پارک است. به منظور ارتقای کیفیت فضای سبز پارکهای محلهای و افزایش مشارکت مردمی، طراحی منظر پارک در ارتباط با ترجیحات مردم و ادراک آنها از منظر مطلوب ضروری به نظر میرسد، در حالی که در این زمینه کاستیهایی وجود دارد. از این رو هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی پسندهای بصری مردم در راستای طراحی مطلوب پوشش گیاهی است. پژوهش حاضر قصد دارد این پسندها را در زمینه ترکیب فضایی پوشش گیاهی بر اساس شاخصه مهم و تأثیرگذار مقیاس بصری، مورد مطالعه قرار دهد. در این بررسی عوامل زمینهای سن، جنسیت و تفاوت سطح اجتماعی _ اقتصادی در نظر گرفته شد. روش پژوهش حاضر ترکیب روش کیفی و کمی است؛ ابتدا با مطالعه منابع و مشاهده میدانی ترکیب فضایی گیاهان در ایجاد انواع مقیاس بصری مورد شناسایی قرار گرفت سپس برای روش علی _ مقایسهای، دادهها مبتنی بر پیمایش جمعآوری شدند. با نمونهگیری تصادفی، 363 نفر از مراجعهکنندگان به پارکهای محلهای در دو منطقه شهر تهران، مورد پرسش قرار گرفتند. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از روش آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS انجام شد. نتایج تحلیل دادهها بیانگر این مهم است که بین نظرات پاسخدهندگان در زمینه مقیاس بصری مطلوب در گروههای مختلف تفاوت کمی قابل مشاهده است. برای همه گروهها مقیاس بصری کاملاً بسته و دید کاملاً باز مطلوب نیست. مناظر با مقیاس بصری میانه و دید باز در فضای سایبانی مطلوبتر هستند. بر اساس یافتههای پژوهش حاضر، الگوی کاشت بر اساس ترکیب گیاهان در لایه های عمقی فضای سبز و در ارتفاعات مختلف پیشنهاد شد. پژوهش حاضر گامهای نخستین را در برنامهریزی منظر براساس آگاهی از پسندهای عمومی برداشته و این یافتهها ارائه کننده راهکارهای عملی برای طراحی کاشت در منظر هستند.

تبیین مدل مفهومی نقشآفرینی فضای شهری در ارتقای کیفیت زندگی در بافتهای تاریخی
فضای شهری در یک بستر تاریخی، علاوه بر دارا بودن همه عملکردهای متعارف خود که در سایر محیطهای شهری نیز عهدهدار است، باید نقش خود را در ترازی بالاتر و چند وجهی منطبق با ویژگیهای یک بافت تاریخیِ هویتمند ایفا نماید. بر این مبنا هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر،کشف چگونگی ارتباط و نحوه برهمکنش مؤلفههای فضای شهری با اجزا و ارکان متشکله جریان زندگی در بافت تاریخی است؛ به نحوی که بتوان با مدیریت و استفاده شایسته از ظرفیتهای فضای شهری در بستر بافت تاریخی، کیفیت زندگی ساکنان و کاربران آن را ارتقا بخشید. این مهم به نوبه خود حفظ ساکنین بومی در محدوده بافت تاریخی، بازگشت مهاجران از محدوده و پایداری اقتصادی، اجتماعی و محیطی را موجب خواهد شد. روش تحقیق پژوهش حاضر "توصیفی_ تحلیلی"، "استدلال منطقی" و در نهایت "دلفیسازی و نظرسنجی از خبرگان" است. بدین ترتیب که ابتدا به مؤلفههای فضای شهری و کیفیات ناظر بر آن پرداخته شده، سپس ابعاد و سنجههای کیفیت زندگی شهری بررسی و شاخصهایی از آن که به فضای شهری و کیفیت محیطی اشاره دارد و موضوع کار طراحی، برنامهریزی و مدیریت شهری است، بر اساس دیدگاههای نظری و تحقیقات انجام شده گذشته مشخص شده است. در گام بعدی شاخصهای استحصال شده با ویژگیهای خاص بافت تاریخی مورد پایش و بازبینی قرار گرفته است. شاخصهای به دست آمده از دلفی (با تعداد 91 شاخص) با اظهارنظر حدود 40 نفر از خبرگان رشته و حرفه به 64 شاخص تقلیل یافتند. در نهایت نتایج آن در قالب مدل مفهومی نقش فضای شهری در ارتقای کیفیت زندگی در بافتهای تاریخی شهری ارائه شده است. این مدل مفهومی از شش مؤلفه تشکیل شده؛ شامل مؤلفه زیستمحیطی با معیارهای «کیفیت زیست خرد فضاها»، «پایداری زیستمحیطی»، مؤلفه تجربی_زیباییشناختی با معیارهای «همپیوندی بافت جدید و قدیم»، «کیفیت منظر شهری و ارتباط فضایی»، مؤلفه عملکردی با معیارهای «تنوع استفاده از محیط»، «سرزندگی وکیفیت محیطی»، «ایمنی و امنیت» و «حملونقل و دسترسی»، مؤلفه اجتماعی_فرهنگی با معیارهای «سرزندگی و انسجام اجتماعی»، «حفظ تعادل جمعیت»، مؤلفهی اقتصادی با معیارهای «سرزندگی و ثبات اقتصادی»، «انعطافپذیری برنامههای توسعه» و مؤلفهی زمان با معیارهای «مدیریت زمان در فضاهای همگانی»، «تداوم مکان» که شاخصها را تعریف کردهاند.

ساخت، هنجاریابی، اعتبارسنجی مقیاس امنیت محیطی پارک های شهری مبتنی بر ترجیح کاربران (نمونه موردی: پارک ملت تهران)
یکی از معضلات جوامع امروزی، احساس ترس و عدم احساس امنیت در محیطهای شهری و بالتبع در پارکهاست. بنابراین پارکهای شهری نیازمند طراحی آگاهانهای هستند که رضایت مخاطب را بههمراه داشتهباشد و در برنامهریزی و طراحی آنها توجه به ویژگیهای مخاطب نیز لازم است و این مهم میتواند با مشارکت و همفکری کاربران بهدستآید و افزایش امنیت محیطی به عنوان یکی از مهمترین اصول کیفیت بخشی به محیط اگر بر پایه ترجیح کاربران باشد، میتواند به بهبود فضاها کمککند. از آنجا که تفاوت در ویژگیهای هر مکان از جنبه زیستمحیطی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و کالبدی میتواند احساس امنیت یا ترس متفاوتی را به شهروندان القا کند، در این پژوهش از یک پارک بزرگ در تهران (پارک ملت) به عنوان نمونه مورد مطالعه استفاده شدهاست. هدف پژوهش حاضر ساخت، هنجاریابی و اعتبارسنجی مقیاس امنیت در پارکهای شهری از دیدگاه کاربران است. روش تحقیق توصیفی_تحلیلی و از نوع تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی است. برای ساخت گویههای مرتبط با امنیت از طریق مصاحبه با متخصصان و کاربران، کدگذاری باز و براساس مبانینظری، پرسشنامهای در حیطهی امنیت تنظیم شدهاست. روایی محتوایی از طریق اجرای مقدماتی و مصاحبه باز با کاربران و تأیید متخصصان انجام گرفته و پایایی آن در مرحله مقدماتی با هماهنگی درونی سئوالات و آلفای کرونباخ سنجیده شده است. پرسشنامه در مرحله نهایی در بین 250 کاربر در پارک ملت تهران توزیع شده است. نتایج پژوهش بیانگر آن است که پرسشنامه از اعتبار و هنجاریابی برخوردار است و با واردکردن دادههای بهدست آمده در نرمافزارSPSS 22 و بهکارگیری تکنیک تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، هشت عامل تبیینکننده در ترجیح کاربران بهدست آمده که عبارتند از طراحی عناصر مصنوع، کنترل و نظارتپذیری، طراحی کاشت، خوانایی، دسترسیپذیری فیزیکی، زیباییشناسی، الگوهای فعالیت و اندازه و وسعت فضا. در بین عاملهای هشتگانه، عامل طراحی عناصر مصنوع بیشترین سهم و عامل اندازه و وسعت فضا کمترین سهم را در توضیح واریانس دارند. شاخصهای مطرحشده این پژوهش میتواند در بهبود عملکرد طراحان، مجریان و مدیران شهری در پیادهسازی الگوهای مناسب برای طراحی پارکهای شهری ایمن که منطبق بر ترجیحات کاربران باشد، مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

کاربست تاثیر شناختی «شاخص خاطره» بر ارتقای حس تعلق ساکنان محلات جدید و قدیم شهر شیراز
محیط انسان ساختی که انسان در آن زندگی می کند، صرفاً ابزار علمی یا نتیجه رویدادهای بی هدف نیست، بلکه واجد ساختار بوده و معنا را تجسم می بخشد. این معنا و ساختارها بازتاب فهم انسان از محیط طبیعی، انسان ساخت و وضعیت وجودی کلی اوست. معنایی را که انسان از محیط انسان ساخت، به صورت فردی و یا اجتماعی درک می کند، سبب ایجاد خاطراتی در ذهن او می گردد که در نهایت سبب افزایش حس تعلق ساکنین نسبت به فضای زیستی می شود. هدف این پژوهش، کشف عوامل خاطره ساز و ارزیابی میزان تأثیرگذاری آن بر ارتقای حس تعلق ساکنین محلات نسبت به فضای زیستی شان است. حس تعلق، امری چند بعدی است و عوامل متفاوتی در ارتقای این حس نقش دارد. بر اساس ادبیات موجود، خاطره به عنوان یکی از معیارها برای برآورد حس تعلق افراد نسبت به محل سکونتشان استخراج گردید. به منظور ارزیابی الگوی نظری، سه محله سنگ سیاه، اسحاق بیگ و بازار مرغ از میان محلات قدیمی و سه محله آبیاری، اصلاح نژاد و هوابرد از میان محلات جدید شهر شیراز به عنوان نمونه موردی انتخاب گردیدند و پرسشنامه ای متناسب در میان آنها توزیع شد. پژوهش حاضر کاربردی بوده و به شیوه همبستگی و با استفاده از روش تحلیلی _ توصیفی تدوین گردیده است. داده های پرسشنامه با استفاده از نرم افزار Spss ورژن 24 و آزمون ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن و Tukeyو Anowa و SamplesT- Test Paired و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. نتایج پژوهش بر همگن بودن محلات انتخابی در بافت جدید و قدیم از نظر تشابه ویژگی ها به طور مجزا و اهمیت عامل خاطره بر ارتقای حس تعلق در تمامی محلات دلالت دارد. بر این اساس، تأثیر خاطرات اجتماعی نسبت به خاطرات کالبدی بر ارتقای حس تعلق ساکنین محلات بیشتر بوده است. در مجموع، شاخص عناصر خاطره ساز از خاطرات کالبدی و آشنایی با محله از خاطرات اجتماعی بیشترین تأثیر و عامل ابنیه تاریخی از خاطرات کالبدی و سازمان های مردم نهاد از خاطرات اجتماعی کمترین تأثیر را در ارتقای حس تعلق ساکنین نسبت به فضای زیستی دارد.

سنجش هنایندگی خُنیاگری خیابانی بر زندگی همگانی فضاهای شهری، نمونه موردی: قلمروهمگانی شهر شیراز
با توسعه فیزیکی شهرها و گسترش استفاده از وسایل نقلیه موتوری، فضاهای عمومی شهرهای امروز، کمتر برای انجام رفتوآمدهای روزمره عابران پیاده مورد استفاده قرار میگیرند. در چنین شرایطی رویدادهای فرهنگی صورت گرفته در دل فضاهای شهری اهمیتی دوچندان در ارتقای پتانسیل اجتماعپذیری این فضاها مییابند. خنیاگری یا موسیقی خیابانی، گونهای از خُرد_رویدادی فرهنگی در قلمروهمگانی است که با اثرگذاری بر کیفیت های قلمرو همگانی شهر، زندگی همگانی در فضاهای عمومی شهر را تحت تأثیر قرار میدهد.هدف اصلی این پژوهش، مقایسه میزان تأثیرپذیری هریک از اشکال حضور شهروندان در فضاهای همگانی، شامل حضور انتخابی، حضور اجتماعی غیرفعال و حضور اجتماعی فعال، در زمان اجرای موسیقی خیابانی و همچنین مقایسه میزان تأثیرگذاری عوامل محیطی و عوامل درونی مرتبط، بر تمایل شهروندان به حضور در این فضاهاست. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی بوده و دادههای آن از طریق توزیع 250 پرسشنامه در قالب طیف لیکرت، به صورت تصادفی میان افراد حاضر در شش محدوده اجرای موسیقی خیابانی در کلانشهر شیراز به دست آمده است. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون رتبهای حاکی از آن است که حضور اجتماعی غیرفعال، بیش از دو مؤلفه دیگر، متأثر از اجرای موسیقی خیابانی است. همچنین عوامل محیطی مرتبط با موسیقی خیابانی در مقایسه با عوامل درونی تأثیر بیشتری بر حضور شهروندان در فضاهای شهری یادشده دارند. با تکیه بر نتایج حاصل از نمونههای مورد مطالعه، سیاست تجهیز مکان اجرا به زیرساختهای پیشرفته، تناسب سطح فنی اجراکنندگان با میزان اهمیت مکان و به کارگیری ترکیبی از سیاستهای تشویقی و بازدارنده در راستای تعدیل کیفیت محیطی مکان اجرا با هدف افزایش قابلیت حضورپذیری قلمروهمگانی، پیشنهاد گردیده است.

تحلیل مقیاس طرحهای بازآفرینی شهری و اثرات آن بر کیفیت زندگی ساکنان با تأکید بر تجربه ایران
یکی از مهمترین چالشهای کلانشهرهای امروز، وجود محلههای شهریِ نابسامان و فقیر شهری در فضاهای حاشیهای است. مجموعه سیاستها و برنامههای بازآفرینی برای رویارویی با چنین چالشی، در طی سده بیستم تلاش کرده است تا کیفیت زندگیِ بهتری برای ساکنینِ واقع در چنین فضاهای فقیر شهری ایجاد کند. اما چنین اقداماتی، کمتر با موفقیت قابلتوجهی همراه بوده است. پیشفرض پژوهش حاضر این است که یکی از دلایل اصلیِ چنین شکستهایی، کمتوجهی به مقیاسِ برنامهها و طرحهای بازآفرینی شهری بوده است. بر این اساس در این پژوهش، دو پرسش اصلی طرح شده است: نخست، چرا مفهوم مقیاس باید در محوریت برنامههای بازآفرینی شهری قرار بگیرد و چنین محوریتی چگونه میتواند به کارآمدترسازیِ برنامهها و ارتقای کیفیت زندگی ساکنین شهریِ هدف کمک کند؟ و دوم، وضعیت پروژههای بازآفرینی شهری، بر اساس معیارها و شاخصهای موردنظر در این پژوهش، چه اثراتی بر کارایی پروژه و وضعیت کیفیت زندگی ساکنین هدف میتواند داشته باشد؟ برای پاسخ به چنین پرسشهایی، از دو روششناسی زمینهگرا برای تحلیل مفهوم مقیاس و پیمایشی_دادهنگر برای سنجش کیفیت زندگی استفاده شده است. منابع داده و اطلاعات، شامل سرشماریها و پرسشگری و همچنین کتابخانهای_اسنادی، برنامهها و طرحها و تکنیکهای تجزیه و تحلیل نیز شامل همبستگی و رگرسیون(برای سنجش کیفیت زندگی) و فرا_تحلیل(در مقیاسشناسی) بوده است. نتایج این پژوهش در چهار نمونه شهر رشت، همدان، سنندج و گرگان نشان میدهد که همبستگی معناداری بین تعداد پروژههای بازآفرینی، انرژی اولیه و موقعیت مکانی آنها (متغیرهای مستقل) و اثرگذاری آنها بر کیفیت زندگی ساکنین هدف (متغیر وابسته) وجود دارد. وجود چنین همبستگی بدین معناست که برنامههای بازآفرینی شهری در ایران میتواند از طریق توجه بنیادی به مقیاس برنامه بازآفرینی، تأثیر بیشتری در ارتقای کیفیت زندگی ساکنین هدف داشته باشد.
