امکان سنجی توسعه شبکه پیاده راهی در بافت مرکزی شهرکرد

چکیده

امروزه یکی از مهمترین راهبردهای ‏توسعه شهری، افزایش کیفیت محیط با رویکرد پیاده­مداری است. شبکه­های پیاده­راهی با افزایش ‏تعاملات اجتماعی و فرهنگی، ‏نقش مهمی در تجدید حیات شهری بر عهده دارند. بدیهی است تقویت محورهای پیاده، همچون ‏سایر فضاهای ‏شهری، با در نظر گرفتن معیارهای متناسب و توجه به نیازهای مختلف ‏کاربران امکان­پذیر است. در این مقاله بافت مرکزی شهرکرد که از قابلیت­هایی همچون دسترسی مناسب به منابع طبیعی، وجود بناهای شاخص تاریخی، قرارگاه­های رفتاری مشخص و ارتباطات فرهنگی مناسب برخوردار است، به عنوان مورد مطالعاتی انتخاب شده است. هدف مقاله شناسایی پهنه­های مستعد به منظور توسعه شبکه­های پیاده­راهی با تأکید بر معیارهای مؤثر در این زمینه است. نوع تحقیق کاربردی، روش آن توصیفی_تحلیلی و شیوه گردآوری و وزن­دهی داده­ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه است. در ابتدا به مطالعه مبانی ‏نظری پرداخته، معیارهای مؤثر در افزایش پیاده­مداری شناسایی و پرسشنامه­ای متناسب با مؤلفه­های ‏پیشنهادی تهیه شده است. سپس با استفاده از روش دلفی و امتیازدهی طیف لیکرت به سنجش میزان اهمیت معیارها پرداخته شده ‏است.‏ نتایج تحقیق بیانگر آنست که از میان 15 معیار انتخاب شده، معیارهای امنیت، آسایش و جذابیت بیشترین تأثیر را در افزایش پیاده­مداری در محدوده مورد مطالعه ‏داشته­اند. به منظور تعیین قابلیت هر مسیر، از روش مقایسه زوجی در نرم­افزار اکسپرت چویس استفاده شده است. مقایسه امتیازهای ‏نهایی نشان می­دهد، محور تاریخی فرهنگی آقابزرگ، خیابان ولیعصر و خیابان ملت گزینه­های برتر برای تبدیل به پیاده­راه هستند. در­نهایت ‏به منظور تقویت شبکه پیاده­راهی در این ناحیه پیشنهادهایی متناسب با هر مسیر ارائه شده است.‏
