For many countries, the tourism industry allocated a significant source of economic growth in developed and developing countries. Tourism activity may produce negative or positive effects on resident quality of life. In macro level, rating studies causes achieving information related to structures and ecosystem functions and their different and complex roles in supporting human convenience, and in macro level rating eco system can participate in creating and correcting human convenience factors and stable development. Eco system economic rating, by restating quantitative value of functions, products and ecosystem services, can help planners and administrative, social, and economic managers in planning for prevention and stable exploitation of natural sources. Zrebar Lake the most important and the most unique water attraction is situated in 3 kilometers west of Marivan in Kurdistan province. The purpose of this study is to investigate the tendency of visitors in paying for entrance fee to Zrebar Lake. The selection is randomly done and to collect data for this study questionnaire is used. Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of questionnaire was 0.86, which shows the satisfactory stability of the questionnaire. Result analyzed from Logit Model shows on one hand, variables such as age, travel expenses, education degree, family size, income, visitors level of satisfaction all have meaningful effect on tendency for paying, and on the other hand variable such as experience of previous paying has no meaningful effect on tendency for paying the entrance fee. Another result of the study shows that the entertaining value and worth of the lake which shown by WTP is 5712 Rials per each visitor.
