مقایسه تطبیقی مؤلفه‌های تأثیرگذار بر بهبود رضایت‌مندی سکونتی در مجموعه‌های مسکونی اقشار کم درآمد (مطالعه موردی: مجتمع مسکونی مهر غدیر، مجتمع مسکونی مهر فرهنگیان و مجتمع مسکونی مهر کوی رضا)

چکیده

مسکن مهر در راستای پاسخ به نیاز سرپناه اقشار متوسط و ضعیف جامعه برنامه­ریزی و ساخته شد اما تا چه اندازه این پروژه موفق بوده و رضایت­مندی ساکنان را به همراه دارد؟ در شهر همدان با توجه به گوناگونی فراوانی که در طراحی این مجموعه­ها دیده می­شود (بعضی محصور و بعضی متصل به بافت شهری)، مسکن مهر کمتر محور مطالعه بوده است. به همین منظور پژوهش حاضر با تمرکز بر مؤلفه­های کالبدی و فضایی حاکم بر مجموعه­های مسکونی مهر شهر همدان، سه مجموعه مسکونی محصور و غیرمحصور را مورد آزمون قرار داد. اکثر تجربیات جهانی بیان می­دارند که در مجموعه­های مسکونی محصور نسبت به مجتمع­های غیرمحصور، وضعیت سکونتی مطلوبتری که انتظار می­رود، دیده نمی­شود؛ همین موضوع در پژوهش حاضر ملاک عمل قرار گرفت. روش تحقیق مقاله حاضر، در مرحله ادبیات و مبانی نظری تحقیق، روش توصیفی و تحلیلی است. به منظور تحلیل داده­ها نیز از آنالیز واریانس(به روش بونفرونی)، تی تست مستقل، تحلیل ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون خطی استفاده شده است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که بین میانگین رضایت­مندی سه محله اختلاف معنی­داری وجود دارد. اولویت­بندی مؤلفه­های کالبدی و فضایی مؤثر بر رضایت­مندی سکونتی در هر مجموعه مسکونی نیز گویای آن است که در مجموعه­های محصور، سلامت محیطی و در مجموعه­های غیرمحصور سلامت محیطی، امکانات، تسهیلات جانبی و انعطاف پذیری اثر گذاری بالاتری دارند. به طور کلی و بنا بر فرضیه اصلی پژوهش، میزان رضایت کل افراد ساکن در مجموعه­های مسکونی محصور بالاتر است.
