چکیده
"حق شهری" همانگونه که توسط هانری لفور در دهه شصت میلادی رقم خورد، نیاز به تغییرات اجتماعی_فضایی به منظور بهره‌مندی ساکنان شهر از زندگی شهری و امکانات مربوط به آن را ضروری می‌داند. با وجود تأثیر بسیار زیاد مفهوم حق شهر در نظریات علوم اجتماعی، جغرافیا و شهرسازی، بررسی مقایسه‌ای و به کارگیری چارچوب‌های نظری این مفهوم در نمونه‌های موردی کمتر به چشم می‌خورد. این کاستی، اطلاق‌پذیری ایده‌های لفور را در بستر‌های اجتماعی_سیاسی مختلف دچار ابهام نموده است .از آنجایی که فضای شهر نقش چشمگیری در مفهوم حق شهری و برخورداری ساکنان از مزایا و امکانات شهری دارد، ایده‌های لفور می‌تواند معیاری برای ارزیابی مداخلات فضایی در شهر‌ها باشد. هدف کلی پژوهش، شناسایی ارتباط بین معماری، طراحی و برنامه‌ریزی شهر، به عبارتی هرگونه فعالیت کنترل فضایی با مفهوم حق شهری است. برای دستیابی به این هدف، پس از بررسی اندیشه‌های لفور به استخراج نمود‌های فضایی ایده حق شهری به عنوان مدل مفهومی پژوهش، به منظور بررسی دو نمونه موردی (پروژه نواب در تهران و لا دفانس در پاریس) پرداخته می‌شود. نمود‌های فضایی برآمده از مفهوم حق شهری عبارتند از: کنترل فضایی، مرکزیت فضایی، تراکم فضایی، سیالیت فضایی و تداوم فضایی.روش مورد بررسی در این پژوهش ارزیابی و مقایسه‌ای است. نخست دو پروژه یاد شده به طور مستقل براساس اصول و شاخص‌های فضایی حق شهری مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته و مزایا و معایب آنها شناسایی می‌گردد. سپس با مقایسه آن دو تأثیر هر معیار در تولید کیفیت فضایی مورد نظر تحلیل می‌شود. یافته‌های حاصل از پژوهش در قالب دو اصل معرفی می‌شوند: ۱. حق شهری می‌تواند به عنوان معیاری برای ارزیابی پروژه‌های شهری قرار گیرد و ۲. مداخلات کالبدی به دلیل تغییر در شیوه زندگی و حقوق اجتماعی افراد و گروه‌ها تأثیری مستقیم بر حق شهری دارند.
